Very good site complete with palm trees and clear water. But hordes of local crowd visiting this place on weekends deposit a lot of garbage that the staff of the hotel take time to clean. For weekdays this place is fantastic. The gazebos could be better maintained and the beach if cleaned regularly would be really awesome. The brick and...

The hotel is nicely located in Trikora beach 4. The sea is awesome, clean and warm. White sand beach. Not many people. I understood its mainly local people who come here. And most of them would come on weekends. So if you are looking for quiet place it’s the right one. The sad thing is that nobody seems to take...

Spacious room and modern toilet however no hot water even during monsoon season so brace yourself when you shower. Basic room only experience though clean and pleasant. Power may be cut during the day for periods of time. Affordable and yummy food at restaurant though half of the menu is not available. Ask for less salt or sugar else scrambled...

Consider Bintan as a luxurious resort mostly for Singaporean getaway. Serumpun Padi Mas Resort is affordable, ONLY it's not worth for the service and facilities given. Cottage design was nice with lack of maintenance; broken door and chair, worst is; we got non working toilet, water flow are bad and no electricity during daylight. Room was clean enough with super...

Great location on a beach, very basic rooms and service and also very quiet. Other solo travellers there so made some friends. Great if you want to read a book quiet and relax, perhaps play vollyball or hire a moped and travel around, not very much to do in Bintan anyway but they can arrange trips for you at the...

If you are looking to stay in a more remote part of the island, then this is a good choice. It is located at the Trikora beach, and is a very nice and secluded area. It is important to state that this is a good choice if you want a basic stay in a "local area" far away from the...

We've stayed here 5 times in the last 2 years. Much cheaper than the usual nirwana gardens resorts. Right by the (local) trikora beach which is much nicer than the beach at nirwana gardens. Very relaxed feel with a lot of locals, has it's own charm but service is not really up to expat standards. Would definitely return, there's not...
