This is a very nice property. Full western breakfest, nice clean rooms, restaurants, coffee bars... Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Location is wonderful with a western style mall across the street. 3 blocks from Can Tho pier and tourist area. It's a four star hotel and the price is about 1/4 what you would pay in the U.S. Very...

Very new, but very bad Hotel. No insulation between rooms. We can hear people talking and TV next door. Front door not Fire Door. Very thin timber door we can hear people passing in the hall. Air Conditioner will not adjust and very very noisy. Towel rail inside shower. Loose toilet seat. No instructions for anything, including the two TV...

I have been travelling Vietnam for nearly a month now, this is the most disappointing hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are dingy and dated, bathroom tiles cracked, budget amenities, leaking toilet, hard, lumpy bed. Beware the bath, it is so high to step into and out of, to shower. Large quantity of long black hair and dead blowfly...

Well located hotel with panoramic views of the city from the rooftop bar. Food and service good with room more than satisfactory. Many shops and restaurants in close vicinity. Incredible watching the number of mopeds

Myself and my Vietnamese girlfriend stayed here on a Mekong tour. We were pleasantly surprised when we were dropped off here ! Our room was large and spotlessly clean, we had lovely views over the river. The staff were very attentive and spoke great English. And the breakfast was pretty good too !

The reception area is huge and has 60s feel about the decor. Our room is a a decent size and a complementary bowl of fruit was a nice touch. On a negative side, the room had a faint smell about it. The bathroom had some black mould and the shower curtain needed changing. On running a bath the hot water...

There are quite a few steps up to the hotel lobby. We were greeted with a drink on arrival which was very pleasant. We had a spacious room, it was very clean and there was fresh fruit and complimentary water in the room. Most Vietnam hotels offer two small bottles of water free. The room had good lighting and was...

A bit of hit and miss everywhere. Bell boy was very attentive and rushed as soon as we arrived. The staircase to reach the lobby will require help for some. Check-in smooth and without any remarks. Rooms very average and nothing special, WiFi works well, shower is placed to work well for my son but a bit tricky for an...
