We just stayed just one night at Kim Lan Hotel. We got an upgrade to a VIP Room. Huge, clean room, huge bathtub and a balcony with a great view over the city. We booked a tour to 2 the floating markets (7hours) with our guide "Hai". We had so much fun with him and he could tell us so...

We had an upgrade to a VIP room for free, thanks Kim Lan Hotel. The room was big, clean, a/c, minibar ( not included ) and good wifi quality. The members of the staff were really nice and polite with us. Kim Lan Hotel is an excelent choice with a very good price.

Reasonably friendly reception staff, although slightly lack of information on initial arrival. Rooms clean and tidy but noisy air conditioning unit made sleeping difficult. Average breakfast, unfortunately roof top breakfast room had no air conditioning so very hot. Able to organise a drop off an the airport.

Nice clean spacious room in decent area near the center! Very lovely friendly porter door man / security guard working long hours with a nice smile on his face. They made me a little "to go" breakfast with more than enough food and it was delicious. I would say though that the staff were less than enthusiastic about helping me...

A location in walking distance from the river. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast - served with a view at the 8th floor. A perfect place to stay in Can Tho. The rooms with windows to the street are nice...because you have the view. Catch the sunset from the breakfast room.

I only stayed here for one night. Booked a Standard Double bed room (I think those are without windows) and got (seems like everyone did) an upgrade to a triple bed room with windows . Quite spacious for me staying there alone. Everything was clean, only the bathroom smells a little bit. Street was quite loud in the morning. Warm...

Such brilliant, helpful people. We were a bit alarmed by the display in Reception but you get used to it, and it is behind glass. We booked a simple room and were then upgraded to a pretty decent room where everything worked properly. Breakfast was good. Water was hot. We got a late check out and were then allowed to...

Centrally located in the heart of the city. Good clean rooms and very friendly service with a good english speaking reception staff. Very helpful in case of need of an emergency. Very good value for money compared to other locations within Vietnam. The only limitation is the breakfast with a limited selection of a la carte orders, however, from the...

We were told that we had a free upgrade. If this was an upgrade then I would not like to see the original room. Although the room was large it contained the smallest and most uncomfortable double bed that we have slept in.The room was reasonably clean but I found discarded items on the balcony which had been left by...

This hotel is very close to the mekong river and its convinient if you plan to do a tour on the river. I got a free upgrade and my room was very nice but also a little smelly. The room was in the 7th floor, with a nice view, but still really noisy since a karaoke bar is just next...
