So clean

It's more of a bungalow rental than guesthouse - don't expect fresh towels, cleaner daily - it's down to you to ask - but exactly what we wanted!

Food left in fridge for duration of stays breakfast

Noi (owner) so lovely, very smiley help with anything. Let us stay an extra hour before checkout - Thankyou!

Far from town but we enjoyed walking it - 25 mins and that's at a slow pace - good exercise ☺️

Only issue we had was the noise of dogs at night - something needs to be done to keep them out as they liked to sit under our bubgalow and howl and scrap. The guy living there does get up and move them on but they are back within 10 mins - they are currently trying to fix this issue so good they are aware it is an issue.

Had a lovely stay and would recommend (take ear plugs for your sleep)

I needed to rest, yet not be too far from the village.
These are small bungalows with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I was there for about 10 days, walked into the village each day (about 1km)
Super friendly and helpful people.
There are many places to stay in Pai, but few like this place.

Highly recommended! Noi was very helpful and we had lots of space including our own kitchen and veranda to sit and eat on.

If you visit please please take treats and love for Maxine the dog! We got her flea powder and a brush and put out water for her and she was very loving and grateful!

Very good value for money, lovely views and highly recommended! We will be back! Thank you Noi xxx

Cute little cottages walking distance from town with a lovely balcony and kitchen. Our house was spotless and you could tell that great care was taken to keep it that way. Highly recommend. Very quiet at night and Noi gives you passes into the resort next door if you wish to use the pool.

Pai is a fantastic place for a wind-down, and this resort was perfect for relaxing. It is about 20-25 minute walk into Pai centre but scooters are cheap to rent. This is a self-contained bungalow, with a garden and a fire pit, complete with a supply of firewood. Sitting around the fire at night was truly amazing. The bungalow also comes with two dogs who make themselves comfortable on the porch. They won't bother you, you just know that they are there. We also made friends with a cow and her calf in the field at the rear. They were really happy with our fruit and vegetable peelings that supplemented their pretty meagre diet.
Miss Hoi is charming, she is always so bright and happy. Rather than prepare breakfast each day she stocked the fridge and left us to it. It was great to have some independence and choice over what and when we ate.
We were provided with coupons allowing us to use the swimming pool at the resort across the road

If you walk into town at night, consider taking a torch with you

I stayed for 1 1/2 month in one of the houses and I really loved it !! It is just 5 minutes Scooter drive from town so you are a little bit outside in a very chilled area and still pretty close to town.

It has a balcony, living room, bedroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. and toilet/shower and good WiFi, so everything you need :)

And Noi is a very friendly and helpful little woman :)
Thank you for the stay :)

The owner was incredibly friendly and cute, she makes sure her guests are ok and when we got there she stocked the kitchen with loads of fruit!

We loved the outdoor kitchen area, and the rest of the house was very comfy too. The owner gives you vouchers to go swim at the hotel across the road which we thought was a very nice touch.

The house is located close to town, about 29 mins walk, and about 10 mins walk from the closest 7-11.

We really loved staying here!
