Perfect location, right off walking street. Seconds to shops, restaurants, bars and a 7/11. Right on Pai river so really nice views from the sitting area they provide. Really nice rooms, very spacious, clean and comfy pillows and blanket. Bed is a little hard. Great if you enjoy going out. A little loud if you don't, people yelling outside your window until the bars close at 1am. Free tea and coffee at reception 24hrs. Really loved this place. Booked 2 nights and stayed 5. Only complaint would be the noise and music from the bars at night. Wifi is good most of the time.

Friendly staffs, excellent service and nice view. I requested for hair dryer, the staff could not find hair dryer in anywhere of this resort so she ride her motorbike go to somewhere else to take a hair dryer and send to my room. Definitely worth the price.

Prawdao Resort have both bungalows and rooms in a hotel building, Both choises are quite OK. OK rooms, OK beds and bath room. It is nothing extra but to a low cost. You cant come more central in Pai and plenty of space for your car just outside the room. The disadvantage is that you cant get any breakfast, but you do get free coffe or tea and you can get breakfast rather close.

The rooms are a great price at only 500 baht and have everything you need, comfy beds, TV, big fridge, clean toilet. Only problems I had was that the Wi-Fi didn't seem to be working and we were often disturbed by other guests. It's not that private. The location is great right at the bottom of town in the middle of everything and they have ample parking. No restaurant or pool.

We stayed here for three nights whilst in Pai and enjoyed our stay. The wifi was fairly shocking and there was a substantial leek from the roof possibly due to the biblical amounts of rain that fell overnight. But the room was comfortable and clean which is the main thing. It was also well situated just a 2 min walk from the main road in Pai and far enough away to not notice any bar noise.

We arrived late in the night and security was on the desk who couldn't speak English so it took a long time to check in. We got put in one of bungalows which we thought we'd booked anyway. The bungalows are small and uncomfortable, you can barely fit your bags in. Ours was in the back corner and they seemed generally unsafe to leave valuables in and the wardrobe was outside. The next day we were informed we hadn't paid for that room and got moved to the cheaper room. The cheaper room was so much bigger! Bathroom was better, has place to hang your clothes and the bed was a lot more comfortable, but was cheaper just because it was a room and not a bungalow. Seriously, go for the rooms! Location was good right by everything and would stay there again maybe. Wifi was not the best but manageable.

Stay there as I cannot find the originally place I booked and they were not able to communicate in English... A kind of shame.
Not that much to say, well located, quite clean, stayed in the bungalow 6 who is quite ok. Internet wi fi not that stable, shower water pressure quite weak, better to remove the shower head for more pressure when you are showering.
Bed and bathroom linen with some rust stains on but smelling clean..
Couple of TV channels only in Thai...
Very good location, no breakfast, nice car park and covered one for my Vespa, they do even allow me to wash it as so dirty and muddy from the rain and road conditions.
No expectations...

Check in and out was hassle free, rooms are a good size with good condition working appliances. Bathroom is rather old and with some rust. Water pressure from the shower is weak. Location is near night market and eateries. Wifi is never an issue.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's very nice located, near the centre, but outside the noisy zone. The only thing was that we've booked the superior room, according to Hotels.com and Booking.com, it's the cottage. But they wanted to give us the normal room. And we needed to pay extra for the cottage while we already payed the extra via Hotels.com. After some discussion we got the cottage.
