This Guesthouse is centrally located just off Walking Street and right next to a bar.
The interior is beautiful, just what you want to see in a boutique hotel. You get a beautiful towel origami and my room was smelling a bit funny.
Unfortunately I didn't sleep very well. The music from the bar next door stops at 1am, people had finally left at 2am and the street dogs start barking at 6am.
Wifi is good, coffee is free, mattress is very hard, but you get a nice pillow and good duvet.
It was hard to socialize during the day and sleep during the night, so I left after one night and moved a 10 minute walk out of town.

We moved to this guest house to be closer to the town and we were not wrong, right on the street were many of the bars are and next door to one of the more lively ones. For our group this was spot on as we enjoyed the nightlife. Would not recommend if you are a fan of early nights. Clean room, great Bathroom and plenty of off street parking if hiring scooters.

It's small, cozy, cheap, clean, friendly & right in the middle of the nightlife.....

There's free coffee in the morning, and they don't rip you off when you book bus tickets... Really hard to find anything wrong, especially when you see the little elephant towel origami....

Big Room which was incredible comfy with Ac and one of the best bathrooms I've seen in Thailand for 200 bath / night, if that isn't enough for you remember that it is really close to the main road.
If you get the chance -> take it.
I'd absolutely do so again.

Stumbled across this little boutique accommodation whilst looking for a cheap place to stay...for around 500b this was a great find!!
When the staff showed us the room I nearly fainted when I saw how nice the bathroom was (a good bathroom in Thailand is hard to find) the decor was gorgeous, we had a tv, double comfy bed, a unit with chairs, SLIPPERS, fan, and obviously the bathroom with a great shower..there was also a revolving mirror so if you're in the shower and forget something you can just turn the mirror and ask haha. There was also complimentary tea/coffee available in the reception. I honestly could not fault this place, also had strong wifi, and the location was perfect right in the heart of pai close to all eateries, bars etc.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pai and would stay here again

If your looking to stay somewhere cheap and clean then this is for you! Not good to meet people and to be honest that ruined our experience a bit, but if you like to do your own thing/ are a couple maybe a better option. The room is a bit dingey but you can't really complain for 400baht a night. The owner/manager seemed nice and gave us a map. In a good location- couldn't hear the bar noise.

We ended up staying here because our other accommodation didn't have rooms for a 2nd and 3rd night of staying. We walked down the street and found Paifah. They didn't offer extra beds (since there were 3 of us), but the woman showed us a room with a loft that could accommodate more people.

The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well.

Paifah was very convenient to everything in the city center area.

The only negative that I have is that it is next to a bar and it gets a little noisy later in the evening.

My heart was won the moment we arrived - a simply but well-decorated place, so cosy that i didn't even want to leave. Actually, we returned the week after for another couple of nights. :o)
It's centrally located (not that anything is far in pai but this is even closer to everything), reasonably priced, spacious and clean room and bathroom, there's free tea and coffee and the staff is smiley and helpful.
The bar next door was not a nuisance either, more of a chilled-out background music to my ears... :o)
All-in-all a great experience, would happily return any time.

It's just about 200 meter from Bus station to the lovely place. Well designed and well organized with a reasonable price. However, it's hard to sleep early because there is a pub and bar nearby. Booking rooms on the second floor are better.

Cute and cosy accommodation right in the heart of Pai. Room had a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, wifi, and a fan only (no aircon) but this wasn't a problem. Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and Walking Street. Renting a scooter is a great way to see Pai's surroundings including waterfalls and hot springs, and can be rented close to the hotel for around 100 baht per day.
