The bungalows are about 15 minute walk from the town center. I quite enjoyed being a little bit out of the way as the walking street was quite a young backpacker crowd. The bungalows are spacious and the grounds are beautiful. The bathroom was a little tired and not great pressure from the shower. Had a little issue with ants getting into the bungalow. The staff were fantastic, everyone that works there are so friendly and welcoming and I loved going for breakfast every morning on the terrace over looking the mountains. If I was in pai I would definitely book here again.

Firstly I booked this place mainly because I came in the hot season in Thailand and I wanted a place with a swimming pool as there aren’t many in Pai; it is advertised as having a natural swimming pool; however I would personally say this is quite misleading as it’s not a pool it is a big pond with really big fish and lily pads... not somewhere you would go swimming at all. Very disappointing when it was 38/39 degrees. When I arrived a lady came out from the house on site, she had no information for me, showed me to my room and said to speak to the cleaner in the morning, I wasn’t sure what that meant. She told me the resort was closed and I was like well why did Agoda allow me to book it then?! Very poor check in. I booked a basic room thinking that as there was a pool this would be ok but it was so hot and stuffy and literally has nothing in it so the next morning I asked to upgrade to an air con room. This was a challenge as the lovely little Thai cleaner who basically did everything the entire time I was there unfortunately spoke no English therefore we were using google translate to communicate. I had to pay an extra 300thb a night if I wanted air con, the use of a fridge and a kettle so I could make a tea as the basic rooms don’t have these. I paid it but really what a rip off when you can get a private room in a hostel with air con for much less! I found it strange that the owners weren’t anywhere to be seen especially as I had read so many great reviews about them, again disappointing as I wanted to ask them about the situation with the non existent pool, no WiFi etc The resort is up on a hill and fine to walk to and from in the day but you gotta walk through dirt tracks in the dark at night time I did this one night in the rain, not great. The positives about this place is the little Thai women (I don’t know her name) she literally did everything, cleaned, made breakfast, checked people out and took me to my bus and she couldn’t speak any English but what a great girl. It’s a shame you didn’t have more staff like this around. The breakfast is good and it’s great you can get it at any time. The beds are hard but I quite liked that and it did have nice duvets and pillows. I wouldn’t recommend here unfortunately just because there are so many nicer and more affordable places in Pai.

Wonderful little compound tucked away on a hill side, close to town yet away from the hustle and bustle. Great for some quiet time with hammocks outside each little cottage surrounding a pond with fish and lotus plants. Breakfast, consisting of fruit, eggs, bread and beverages is available - remember to ask when checking in. Pin, the owner, is a lovely Thai gentleman, very unassuming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This place was a short walk out of the main town in Pai, about 15 minutes in all, across some dirt paths. Very relaxing atmosphere where you could spend all day chilling in a hamoc, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff spoke almost no English but were so smiley and friendly it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good with a great view and the rooms were good size, clean etc. If you are walking back at night make sure you have a phone torch if you take the dirt paths shortcut as it gets very dark without street lights.

These bungalows are set up a hill not too far from the town, very nice staff and grounds (beautiful garden and pond), ideal spot if you want to be somewhere quiet but not too far from the town. Good value for money, nice breakfast and clean overall.
