Good location from Pai main strip, and nice staff at reception. The room was really nice and we felt safe there. There’s parking inside the hotel for rented bikes so they weren’t on the side of the road.

Overall the room didn't look to bad, and had AC as well as a fan. However. The sink and shower drainage was bad and water had a 'sewer' type of smell. When booking out they brought an empty water bottle down and wanted 30THB even though nothing was stated about water not being free. When I went to pay they decided not to bother to charge.
Breakfast was simple but filling.

Overall, there is room for improvement, but it is a reasonable hotel for its price.

This little quaint hotel was close to the Walking st market with plenty of eating options nearby. The rooms were simple but clean and presentable. Happy to return when we pass through again in future. Off street parking for motor bikes available with large seating area to relax. Staff helpful and friendly

Overall a lovely stay with no issues.
A great price for what you get.

The hotel has a fantastic location on the Main Street. Everything is within a 10 minute walk. You can’t fault the location.

The rooms are large and spacious. Clean and tidy. With a Fan and AC. Fridge, kettle, hairdryer, tea/coffee and water provided.

The staff were lovely. They didn’t have good English, but tried there best.

Breakfast was included. Was a selection of tea/coffee/juice/water, toast, cereals and fruit to have. With 1 choice of a freshly cooked main dish, such as omelettes.

We picked this cozy hotel as our stay in our journey. Simple design of the room, it is not bad choice.

Pro: good location which is closed to night market and Pai Town; great rain shower; helpful staffs.

Con: super weak wifi at the room; basic breakfast with less choices.

Overall, we did enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

i stayed here for a night after booking this place prior to reaching Pai. read the reviews about its excellent location. indeed it is well located on one of the main streets of Pai, but Pai is so small everywhere is a good location! i came here during the low season and paid 700B for a night. upon reaching Pai, i saw plenty of guesthouses along the main roads and for a cheaper price! therefore i made the switch after the first night. (to ttk guesthouse which i will review on after this)

breakfast is offered at LiLu.. and it was decent. well you can certainly get cheaper local food on the streets so i would recommend doing that instead. the room is clean and comfy, with nice good quality sheets. clean rustic looking bathroom. wifi a little cranky but problem got solved after i feedback to them. pretty lush place in Pai i would say. stay elsewhere if you are feeling backpacker-ish and wanna save money!

This hotel is very modern contemporary Thai design & decor. Very creative boutique hotel set along one of the main roads in Pai. Clean, good aircon , good bfast w hot coffee. Room rates a little bit on a higher side for a little boutique at 1200baht.
Pai , a quaint little village where you can find peace and quiet. I feel it lacks some music or hangout places at nights. Too quiet for my liking. Can rent a bicycle or "vespa look-alike" bike to get around, esp outside the town area.

The Lilu hotel was GREAT. It is a contemporary, modern, super clean comfortable hotel in the hart of Pai. It is a change from the normal Pai bungalow on the river, and while it didn't have that rustic charm of such a bungalow, it more than made up for it with it's fresh, clean appeal. It feels easy and luxurious instead of backpacker. Oh and the super nice shower with both hand held and rain shower head were wonderful after a hot day in Pai. Good, free internet. Enjoyable breakfast included.

I now want to go back and stay there for a month. Pai was charming. The Lilu made Pai

Amazing location right in the middle of the main town surrounded by restaurants & shops. Staff were lovely and upgraded our room on the first night to a private suite for free so we decided to stay another night. They also let your store your bikes inside. Spotlessly clean rooms and ensuites, air con is great. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. Wifi isn't the best but that's about it!
