Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

We had a pool access room for 5 nights, nice clean and fresh hotel with really nice staff.
The hotel is very central next to the walking street but not noisy at night.
Our room was next to the stairs which could be noisy with people running up and down, but reception did offer to change our room without us even mentioning it.
All in all nice hotel and would stay again

We stayed 2 nights and everything was very good! Although they did not have breakfast or bar services available, it was still a good value for the wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable room and bathroom facilities all worked very well! The swimming pool was enormous! Only a few minutes walk to the downtown Pai areas and Walking Street. Many restaurants there as well.

A well appointed modern hotel with a splendid swimming pool. We booked and paid for four nights but had to leave after the first night as the internet was awful and my friend’s bathtub had mould. The hotel immediately refunded the unused days to us. This is a potentially good hotel in an excellent location if and when the place is fixed up and a proper internet is available.

Friendly welcome, upgraded to swim up room which I would highly recommend. Small issue with payment which was promptly rectified, room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks and sodas with excellent bathroom amenities. Location cannot be beaten right on the corner of walking street. Pai has a very relaxed vibe and this hotel continues that theme. Would highly recommend

Looks great from outside, that's about it. Staff were informed about cold showers on the day of arrival and said it would be fixed, 2 days later, nothing resolved. They really didn't give a sh*t. Beds were like granite.

The restaurant leads you directly to the walking street and I love the shopping there. No similar class hotel that’s so near to the walking street which explains the higher room rate. For the same rate, I can book a better hotel in Chiang Rai.

Not elderly friendly as there’s no lift access. Luckily I only have a day bag. Staff informed that their government doesn’t allow them to install any lift.

Nice spacious deluxe room. The water from the instant heater was unfortunately not hot enough in this cold season. No hand soap too. Will be good if hotel can provide a table for the balcony, a shelf in the shower for my toiletries and 2 pillows per single bed since they are charging S$120 per night for the deluxe room. Request for extra pillow if required.

No brewed coffee and cut fruits for breakfast. You can get their 3 in 1 coffee sachet to make your own coffee. Note that there’s no shelter to the breakfast area, bring umbrella in event of wet weather. The pool looks beautiful, not sure if the duckie in the pool belongs to the hotel.

Check in was speedy and it was kind of the staff to lead you to your room.

The car porch was full when I arrived at 5.30pm, so driver dropped us across the road.

Can go Coffee in Love which is an Instagram worthy place though it may be hard to get a table.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is extremely close to the bus stations so very convenient. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. The pool looked very nice and clean but we didn’t get a chance to try it out as it rained constantly whilst we were there.

Pretty spacious and comfortable but looking closer there was so many ants everywhere. Climbing up the dressers and on our bed- making it impossible to have any food in the room. The WiFi was ok, sometimes really speedy sometimes it sucked. The only tv channels that worked were Thai shopping channels. Breakfast was pretty good though, lots of buffet options and cooked to order hot food. The hotel put together a takeaway breakfast for us on our last day as we had to catch a bus super early which was great.

Overall we weren’t really “wowed” by our stay. We found when looking for hotels in Pai there were either super cheap hostels or expensive luxury hotels, very few options in between. If I were to return to Pai I’m not too sure I’d stay again.

Booked an agoda deal... The best central location where you can walk straight onto the main evening walking market street. The breakfast looked a bit tired so we were pleased we were room only. Rooms are incredibly spacious. Probably the largest and cleanest swimming pool I've seen of this size hotel
