Positive:
- Accommodation is quite cheap and the room ok for the money
- Location is quiet
- Parking in front of the room (motel like)
- WIFI was working and fast in the room
Negative:
- Location is far from town, you'll need a taxi, your own car or a motorbike to reach downtown Lampang
- Pool was small and not really usable, due to green water which seemed like full of algae, after the second day it was closed for an unknown period of time
- Small towel for drying the feet after a shower was dirty when i arrived. Also some parts of the shower seemed like they weren't cleaned for quite some time
- Accommodation is quite cheap and the room ok for the money
- Location is quiet

Conveniently located 500 meters from the road Chiang Mai - Sukhotai, very quiet place, no roosters in the morning!, bedrooms clean though the plumbery could be enhenced, warm water, good free WIFI and Thai and children TV channels, hosts don't speak English but very kind and we could get a change of the rooms to have them both close to each other, our 5-year old enjoyed the swimming pool. 5 km from downtown and 2 km from BigC mall. Free and easy car park. And very reasonable price !!

Les chambres sont des bungalows. Elles sont très grandes. Le lit fait 180 cms. La salle de bains est très grande aussi. Il y a une petite terrasse avec du mobilier. Il y a du wifi, un réfrigérateur, la climatisation, de grands placards. la piscine. C'est très calme. Il y a une bouilloire et des dosettes de café en poudre. La prix est de 500 bahts la nuit.
Seuls petit bémol pour l'emplacement de la climatisation en face du lit et la dureté du matelas.
