This hotel on the highway No1 outskirts of citycenter , near junction of main highway to chiangmai and upto chiangrai/down to Bangkok. The hotel has 4 storeys with 2 meter wide corrifor and more than 30 rooms per floor. Each toom has its own terrace , voarious types are available, single , double beds and family suite. Room is spacious with closet, air conditoner, flatscreened TV, small refrigerator. Bathing area and toilet bowl are separated with nontransparent panel. Complimrntary hot/cold drinks , toasts with jams are available at lobby area.

You have so many better hotels around that I do not see to be anyone here for the reasons
1: out of main town
2: no choice of breakfast . Eat what u r served. Limited
3: no bucket no mug no shower in bathroom. Just one tiny peeing hand shower for bath
4: no soap n orher add ons supplied
The decor is beautiful n hotel is clean
Front desk is friendly and cooperative
stay only if you do not care about a clean relaxing bath and wish to stay isolated from social activities and tourism
A big no from my side

This hotel is at the indochina junction from which you go south to Tak, Ko Ka , Wat Prathat Lampang Luang, go west to Chiang Mai , go North and East , pass the city to Payao and Phrae, respectively. It's quite easily accessible by public Si Lo ( running from City to KoKa area). The hotel facilities is of its standard including Wifi, hot shower, closet, airconditioner. Its neighbour is quite busy, the vocational school, shops, convenient stores but it 's amazingly quiet after dark. There is also parking lots if you drive yourself there. It's not too far from city center.
