Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The room was ever so tidy, and the staff, I must say, were incredibly accommodating. They were ever so friendly, and as a vegetarian , we were pleasantly surprised by their willingness to cater to our dietary preferences. The chef whipped up a delightful stir-fry with a medley of fresh vegetables and some scrumptious omelettes, which truly hit the spot. Moreover, the mattress was wonderfully soft , and the room provided ample space for two. It was a jolly good stay, indeed.

Was quite good, but could have been great - owners/managers take note, and train your front of house staff a bit better.

The rooms are big, very clean and generally it’s a quiet place to stay. Charming views of the Coconut trees from the balcony. Great value for money.

I’d stay again.

BEST: The breakfast staff and especially the Chef, who made us special veggie breakfasts as the buffet doesn’t really cater for 🌱

WORST: Hotel receptionists could speak English a little better and be a bit livelier and more welcoming.

OVERALL: Recommended, probably the best option in Lampang (see other reviews I submitted re; Lampang)

The hotel is generally good, hence the stars. This review will cover the breakfast menu because the others talk little about it. I stayed at the hotel for two consecutive days, and the breakfast was the same. The breakfast is a buffet with Asian and Western offerings. The Asian section comes with white rice, two choices of rice porridge (pork and eggs), and toppings (ground chili, salty daikon, dry garlic pieces, chopped cilantro, vinegar, and fish sauce), and larb. The Western area has sausages, fried eggs, soft white bread, butter, and jam. Drinks are Ovaltine, water, coffee, and tea bags. Watermelon rounds it up. On both days, I had watermelon and made my rice porridge by mixing white rice with hot water from the drink section and adding chili, garlic, cilantro, and vinegar. It seems that it is the only vegan and Jay option available.

Very nice room large with a balcony I could watch the sun set which was very nice . The room is very clean and very comfortable I am on the 4th floor and yes there is an elevator ,it is also very close to the airport. It's a little farther from town than I expected but a good neighborhood I eat right across the street was great

Stayed for one night,
Staff had some problems to find My booking on their handwritten list, but finally got it. Not a lot of service from anyone here, but the rooms are nice and clean, and bathrooms are big.
Breakfast was disappointing, so if I stay again I will settle with a coffee in the room and get brrakfast somewhere else.

Excellent Hotel with good friendly staffs, food and well fitted clean room. Ideal for someone who is looking for a quiet hotel to relax. Not a far walk to the night Bazaar and entertainment area. Will certainly recommend to my clients.

Rooms are nice and clean, pillows are harder than anyone liking. Didnt like the lack of service from the front desk though.
Was told when checked in to inform the front desk again in the morning for the airport transfer just to be told by the different t man at the counter that he would take the request only if I confirm it 24hrs in advance..there was obviously a printing on the desk but how would a transit customer comply to it ??..breakfast is standard
home kitchen kinda set up.
Obviously the owner knew about their astservice complaint because they even sticked them on the staff wall -see pics

We stayed here for 2 x nights. You have to catch a taxi everywhere as it is not close to anything. It is crazy busy at night with the car park being packed and then in the morning it is empty. It is very quiet here at night though considering the amount of people, it appears as though everyone goes to sleep super early in this town. The rooms are clean and fresh and appear to be well looked after. It is about $30 AUD to stay here so not badly priced. The breakfast is average as, very limited spread, in fact only bread, strawberry jam, coffee, egg, sausage and a couple of Thai options, very disappointing there was no fresh fruit or juice. We didn't eat it the second morning. The staff are nice enough however the cleaners in the morning are so noisy and start cleaning the rooms around 7 am. They drag plastic bags along the ground and their 2 way radio blares so loud. Good luck sleeping in as it was terribly noisy by staff. Bring ear plugs, was so angry at the not enough sleep!

My local Associate in Lampang chose this hotel when I last came in Nov 2016. I love the clean spacious room n the good internet connections. However, breakfast was a huge disappointment but I return again to this hotel as I can eat local breakfast outside the hotel.

The hotel has beautiful hanging plants which r pleasing to the eyes.

Staff service is good n hotel is very close to the airport
