What a great place. Located a short walk from the action but in a lovely quiet spot away from the noise and crowds of Sairee. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and atmosphere, with excellent local knowledge and recommendations for places to see, to do, and to eat at. The bamboo bungalows are pretty cool and set in a lovely natural space. Perfect spot for small groups and solo travelers to hook up and socialise. One of the best places I’ve stayed in SEA, plus Koh Tao is an alluring place that makes you want to hang around longer than you’d expect for such a small island ❤️

The Earth House was my home in Koh Tao for a month and I couldn't recommend it more! The cozy bamboo hut surrounded by the lush vegetation really felt like I was living in the middle of the jungle, but with the needed modern perks- Perfect wifi with super strong signal (and I stayed at the farthest hut), free coffee and drinking water, a great bar and the loveliest people - oh, and a fantastic central location as well! Thanks so much for such a great stay- I'll surely be back ❤️❤️

Lovely owner, she is always helpful. The place is great and tidy. Perfect if you wish some peace and quiet and be in the middle of the nature and at the same time close by the city center. I highly recommend it.

The property its self was very nice. Its has high ceilings and a traditional roof so was cool enough even with the fan off. Its a good size and has hot water and good wifi. What was a surprise was just how noisy the road was. This started a dawn and was more like a motorway than the small road it actually is.

I stayed at The Earth House for 9 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The bungalows are cozy and the mattress is really comfy. Kerri, the lady that runs the place, is very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and eco friendly. In easy walking distance to Mae Haad etc. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, cozy place.

I highly recommend this place to stay in the lovely bungalows, have a drink or two in the cosy bar and just feel the jungle around.🌞 It's easy to stay here for a moment or ages, always happy and content! 🤗

A gem in Koh Tao - the bamboo bungalows actually look better in reality than in photos. Not a luxury accommodation, but definitely a nice and quiet place to stay away from the Sairee beach hustle (unless that is your thing). Craft beers and good coffee available and Kerry is one of the most helpful hosts I have ever met - all her recommendations were great, from scooter rental to the best beach. Also, did I mention that the Earth House actually justifies its name and the owners do everything to reduce its impact on the environment? I would definitely stay again or just drop by for a craft beer in the terrace!

Simple bungalows, comfy bed and a very good mosquito net. Everything is clean and in perfect harmony with the nature. The whole area is lush and calm yet close (walking distance) to shops, restaurant, pier, etc. The staff is super nice, early check-in was really smooth. Since it is mostly for solo travellers (single bungalows) you can easily meet with fellow folks and have some beer or whatever in the common area. Would recommend this place definitely!

Stayed here for about a week while I did diving on Koh Tao. The bungalows themselves are small and simple but manages to keep the elements away, lots of mosquitos here so use the net! The owner Kerry is nice to talk to and I enjoyed sitting in the bar talking to other guests and the bartender Lin. The bar has the islands largest selection of imported beer and cider. No in house restaurant but you can order from many nearby restaurants directly to the bar. Can really reccommend the cheeseburger from Zanzi bar. Can recommend earth house for solo travelers with a sense of adventure.

Went in without reservations but Kerry took us in and accomodated us for a good 2 weeks. The situation is nicely close enough to the southern end of sairee beach, but not too close so it is still nice and peaceful. The bungalows are simple but have everything I needed. Also all the common areas are kept clean and cozy. Staff is also really warm and helpful. Will be sure to use this place again next time I come to the island!!!
