We stayed for one night at 700 bats which was ok for a clean room. The rooms are comfortable and nice but everyone can see you inside from the road. Also no pool and it was quite noisy because of a beer pong contest outside.

we went recommended by people from a Diving School and we left the hostel really dissapointed, The stuff is NOT NICE at all, the room is quite expenssive if you think about more things than the space (they don't clean the room, we didn"t have shampoo or gel to take the sshower and neather tilet paper!), the toilet was full of water and of course we slept there for three nights (we payed the first day, if not for sure we would't stayed that much). The wifi wasn't good. The swimming pool was super broken so it is not possible to enjoy it (we stayed there from the 9 11 of december til 14). The fan was a shame so we asked about the air conditioner and they said we shoukd oay 500 baths more...HAHA) so.... no good words for thes plase AT ALL, if I could..... -29

Stayed for 3 nights as was robbed at last resort. Rooms are ok but limited water, no swimming pool well not one with water in it. The wifi was for the most part slower than an old dial up connection from years gone by. Offers cable tv, all 14 channels are Thai or now English, there was one but it kept on about God and such, maybe many come here to top themselves which is probable after 3 days here. Only saving grace is 600baht a night, no air-con, but you can get it working in you know what your doing. Also3 nights and never once changed the bedding.

Everything is non-exist or overpriced! NO POOL NO Wi-Fi NO TOILET PAPER NO CLEANING (even though they advise to hang the sing if cleaning is needed, there is NO SING. Maybe they don't like people hanging the sings..) NO CARBAGE BIN (1 tiny one in toilet, but where u put the rest?) NO TV NO FAN (there's fan but it's almost non-exist cause it hangs in the cealing and rotates SO slow that you hardly feel ANYTHING! Room gets very hot! Remote for AC is extra 500baht/night!) NO CUPBOARD for clothes. We stayed 5 nights so we needed to put our clothes on the floor. Very convinient.. Shower very uncomfortable and tap VERY slow. That's all. One star for the balcony, and cosmetics they offer in the bathroom. Nice bed, blanket and we liked the pillows.

Firstly no toilet paper upon arrival and the bathroom light didn't work. After 3 days it still didn't work. Then the laundry service took over 24 hours, despite them saying it'd be done sooner. Then the water stopped working for over a day. ..so no showers! And then they said "put the sign outside your door if you want the room cleaned, but there was no sign to put outside. Also, wifi was slow or not working at all and there was no TV, as advertised. The ONLY reason to book this place is if you need to stay by the pier for a night. So many other places for a better or similar price on the island.

The room was fine and had aircon however the bathroom looked like a gravel pit. We decided since we'd paid up front to stick it out and spend most of our time diving and on the beach. Needless to say this meant a certain amount of sand was brought back into the room which proved that the staff never once cleaned it in 4 days. When we asked the staff they said there's a card in the room to hang outside for cleaning (obviously forgot to mention this at our hasty check in) and when we returned and searched there was no card. I brought this to the attention of the staff and received a shoulder shrug- charming. We left our baggage at the homestay after checkout and about an hour later came by to collect it and realised we left a small parcel containing a painting from Cambodia in our room. The staff refused to let us re-enter the room to search for it and said they'd cleaned everything out and nothing was there. But in all honestly it just looked like they did not care, as usual. This place is severely overpriced, on the wrong side of sairee beach and run by the most unhelpful people you will ever encounter. You'd have a nicer time hoists g a hammock and sleeping on the beach.

Was booked into this accommodation by the dive school we were completing our open water with (will be advising them to change accommodation partnership). Room was ok, although fan rooms do get hot. There is the option to turn the air con on but they charge you an extra 500 baht making it 1,200 baht in total, per night. Definitely not worth it! The customer service and other facilities are awful! The office which is meant to be open from 8am-8.30pm was pretty much always shut. Whenever we went to see the reception staff the office was always locked! The wifi didn't work! Nobody there to complain to or get it fixed though. The pool they advertise is so dirty, you would never get in. Pointless it being there. The reception staff were so rude!!! Could barely speak English either, which makes it difficult when they run a hospitality venture for tourists, the majority not being Thai. When we went to check out at 8.30am to catch a ferry, the reception staff were still in bed and refused to come down to check us out. Unbelievable!! I would advise to look at many of the other hotels/guest houses/hostels before booking here. You'll only be disappointed.

The room was included with our diving training courses at Easy Diver. It was spacious, bright, comfortable and had a lovely balcony where you can just about see the sea. It's a great location but gets hot at night (since we didn't have AC). However, the staff is pretty much useless and the restaurant is WAY overpriced, even by Koh Tao standards.

The girl at reception was very lovely. The rooms were spacious and basic. Shower fan (ac available) and bed. Nothing else needed. Close to the pier and the shops in Mae Haad . More expensive than the mainland but one of the cheaper places here
