If you are looking for a holiday more peaceful than Charm Churee Villa, consider booking yourself into a Chinese child-care centre situated somewhere between a lawnmower workshop and a Harley-Davidson dealer. Add a car radio centre to this combination and you almost have the correct picture. We booked a Premier Beach Villa for a special holiday - we were attracted...

My wife & I spent almost two weeks at Charm Churee, staying in a villa just a few steps away from the private beach, & with fantastic views of the sea, & especially the sunset, which was amazing every evening. The villa was great, with a large private terrace, & we had a very, very relaxed time whilst there. The...

First- Can't beat the location. Excellent private beach/bay which is great for snorkelling and swimming, and just a short walk to town through a trail that goes through the resort and Sensi Paradise. Rooms- We had the panorama room which afforded BEAUTIFUL views of the sunset on our deck. We had a sun room, an airconditioned bedroom, and an indoor/outdoor...

Koh Tao is a great island, a unique place in a unique country. Pitty so much construction is going on in the island as it could loose some of its charm Talking of Charm, Charm Churee is certainly one of the best places in Koh Tao. Dont expect 5* comfort, Koh Tao has nothing similar to this (thank god for...

First visit 13-15 April 08, superior beachfront 35D Second visit: 13-15 July 08, superior beachfront 23R We loved this place very much and will return again and again (but only if superior beachfront is available) ! I think for the price we pay, the superior beachfront rooms or even panoramic room is very very value for money and unquestioned to...

We spent four nights at the the Charm Churee Resort and were quite disapointed. The location itself was beautiful and we loved Jamsom Bay - very good for snorkelling. The accommodation was clean and we had a lovely view - but very, very overpriced! We found the food at the Chaba Restaurant awful and the service was not much better...

My wife and I booked the Charm Churee "Resort" and stayed in June as part of our Honey Moon. The price for the hotel is extremely high considering the amenities provided, particularly when compared with other hotels on the island. We negotiated a discount rate by paying cash up front (something we later regretted because there was no way to...

Me and my wife stayed at the Charm Churee in July 2007. We lived in Panorama Room . Everything was great for us and we were surprised having read some negative responses. We had been in various hotels in Thailand (Ko Samui, Phuket, Bangkok), maybe some things were better, but the Charm Churee was on the top of our own...

I am amazed to read bad reviews for this hotel on this website! We had a lovely 3 days here and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Town is a short 10 min walk away with lots of restaurants/bars/shops but not over the top like on Koh Samui. I loved being able to swim out with the fish to the rafts...

Went to this hotel after having spent a week in the noise and crowded Koh Samui. Positive: very relaxing atmosphere, small but nice beach (Jasom Bay), some of the cottages have a fantastic view on the sunset Negative: The hotel is set on a steep hill and doing anything meant climbing lots and lots of steps.
