Customer service is just fantastic! Always greeted with a genuine smile. No breakfast , but in the morning they offer tea coffee biscuits bread with tomato/mayonaise and a nice area to relax. There is a pool but we didn't use it. Don't expect the inside of the room to be new and pretty; its not. BUT, it's super clean and... More

It is very close to the heat of the town, but just far enough for some quiet time. The house keeping is perfect and the room is spacious. The facilities are old and simple, but you are not looking for fancy stuff, but don't want to feel cluttered this is a great option. If you are not in the mood... More

Unfortunately this hotel kinda sucked. The hotel room needs work, the bathrooms are poorly built and probably my fault, but no tv? I unfortunately fell through some of the decking (completely sober) and made quite the mess of my leg. Lots of damage which will stop me training muay thai when i return to the mainland (min 3 weeks) I... More

I always review a property as per the promises they make and hence must say that everything they promised was great. We requested for a great view and hence didn't mind climbing up 50 stairs to our room. No internet or TV in the rooms but we didn't mind as I don't think in phi phi you really are in... More

A nice location away from the busy centre of town, although the noise can be heard from your room although I guess it'll be hard not to hear it from any room on the island. Room was basic with quite a lot of damp in the room both to see and smell. After moving rooms twice we eventually got a... More

As other reviewers have noted, this hotel has stairs! If that's something you're going to complain about later, this is not the place for you. However, if you enjoy beautiful views of the gorgeous Phi Phi beach, you'll understand that views require stairs! That being said, the staff jumps up as soon as you arrive to carry all of your... The rooms are nice and the hotels location is nice in a quiet area of the phi phi close to the viewpoint. Great value for money and would absolutely come back. When visit Phi Phi should make the walk to long beach. Very nice little coves on the way with great photo opportunities of the sea and cliffs. Can recommend.

Ok first things first if you're planning to stay here make sure you are physically able/mobile and don't have young children or dependents as there are A LOT of stairs to get your room. Ours was 80 and that was one of the lower levels! Admittedly this did get rather tedious especially after a long day sight seeing but it... More

Nice staff, really nice place to be, clean room, awesome atmosphere. Wifi is available everywhere, but not everywhere is working... :-D So we had to go to the reception every time, when we needed an internet connection (downstairs 150 steps and upstairs 150 steps - great cardio :-D ). Great price/quality. :-)
