Two thirds of the resort is a huge construction site right now. Do not book unless you are okay with very loud noise from 8am till 5pm and trash getting burned at night. I also didn't feel very welcome. Location is great though and the deluxe rooms are very nice. But don't book before checking if they are finished building...

Booked this place thinking it would be nice to have fresh water pool to relax in the evening but what a disappointment. Contrary to what's advertise on Hotels.com, their pool is non-operational although it's full of water what looks like sewer but was promised it would be functional the following day - that never happened. First room we rented (A01)...

Came here because of the vast lister tanks on the street. Ordered a shrimp tempura - which was so disgusting I couldn't eat it! Greasy over cooked! Ordered. Zombie - not drinkable! Half a glass of pineapple juice! Tried to order a lobster and minimum price was 2000thb! That's £40 despite the sign saying 500 thb a kg! That's a...

Slightly overpriced for what you get. Quiet location but a 5 minute walk to all the popular bars. Room was spacious, clean and cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Good internet. Laundry service. The pool was not cleaned daily, unable to swim in it some days. Restaurant was decent, room service available. Breakfast buffet was nice.

The place is disgusting, staff are rude, the pool is 'out of order' it has clearly been out of order for months....and they keep filling it up with water as if it's something nice to look at....or just covering up how long it has been out of order for! It's cheap, but I have stayed in cheaper which are 100%...

Me & my partner stayed here on the 8th Jan. Unfortunately we had booked into a hostel for our time on Phi Phi - and didn't have air con! I got poorly on the 2nd night of being on the Island, so we went in search of a proper hotel, with air-con, to get a proper nights sleep. This hotel...

Stayed here for 3 nights, way too overpriced for what it was. Very basic, not much better than a hostel which would be a third of the price. Couldn't go in the pool it was discusting. Only upside was good location I've attached a pic of the pool!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was okay! We stayed in one of the older rooms, I believe they have 4 newer, modern rooms. The room was nice just a bit old, but big and spacious! The women behind reception weren't very friendly at all but found other members of staff to be fine! The location is great...

This hotel had quite a cold welcome from the staff, but that could be a language barrier. The hotel was great location for the ferry - no need to get a transfer. The bedroom was quite poor and had a wet room, but if you need a place to crash it's fine. Although the location is quite central it's fairly...

Very basic rooms that smell of damp and mould, clean, tiled floors that are very slippery. The location is brilliant but the overall experience was not good. We asked the hotel to come and meet us from the pier, they didn't, when we arrived the staff at reception were very un-friendly and un-helpful. The breakfast was basic but the view...
