The hotel location its great, but the service its very poor, we I´ve been there during a storm and we didnt get any assistance from the staff. Also the rooms seems to be great until you got inside the bathroom!! The bathroom its really disapointing for this level of price!!

Sometimes in life you take risks and you think back and tell yourself it probably wasn't a good idea! I should've known better before booking a hotel with a 3.5 rating and some pretty terrible reviews. We've been traveling for 2 weeks now and this is the only bad review I've written for anything! And this was the most expensive...

The best part of this hotel is its view. We got a room with a lovely view of the ocean and it was worth every penny. The service was good and prompt. The bar by the beach is small but was pretty lively at night. The staff were friendly and cooperative. If you like some adventure then try taking the...

I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place! As soon as we got off the ferry there was a boat waiting to take us to the resort - we were sure we were going to have to figure that out when we got there, so it was a nice surprise and relief! They also offer boats...

We requested a high bungalow because it is such a great view and less boat noise. I really like this venue because the beach seems much less crowded than Phuket resorts and it is easy to get beach service for food and drinks. Friendly staff, great bungalows made from some local hardwood, a little rustic, but good for couples. The...

We got one of the individual bungalows at the top of the mountainside with a great view (although we paid extra for this). We only had to trek up to our room once, otherwise the helpful staff would whizz us up in a van. The hotel has a great beach in front of it and access to longtail boats if...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The noise from constant long tail boats passing by will make me consider another resort if you want to relax on the beach. Because it is so close to the main harbour where ferry from Phuket arrive you have non stop boats going by. I tried to snorkel across to shark point but were...

We just returned after staying 2 nights in this resort and still can't get over with the beauty of Long Beach where the hotel is situated . The resort is beautiful located on a beach with crystal clear water . Rooms are very nice and the views of rooms are breathtaking . Loved the beach restaurant and beach bar good...

Ok the price is ridiculous. However, if you choose the delux villas up high with views to die for, and to be away from the horrors of Tonsai and stay on a beautiful beach you won't regret it. We didn't. Don't worry about the climb up to your room as they take you up there in buggies whenever you want,...

It's no doubt that Phi Phi Island is beautiful, with the torquoise beaches, powder-fine sands, it is also no doubt that Phi Phi is flooded with tourists and tourist-touts. The hotel is away from Tonsai pier. Unlike the other hotels, it does not provide a free pick-up long tail boat from the pier to the hotel. All tourists will have...
