AMAZING, This was one of our favourite places we stayed at in Thailand, We researched a lot of places in Phi Phi and it was difficult to choose a place that was family friendly - this place was amazing, staff were very helpful. We had an amazing little villa right on the beach with beautiful views. The room was a great size, split into 2 sections, 2 queen sizes beds and a verandah over looking the water. Pool was fabulous , & we had a great lunch here and buffet breakfast was basic but fresh . We will return , Thank you

We have stayed at the Phi Phi Villa Resort twice over the past year. We learned from the first trip that the resort served breakfast up two steep staircases which is inaccessible to my 76 year old disabled, blind mother so this time around we asked for a solution that would help us get breakfast to my mum downstairs. Every morning not one of the breakfast staff offered to help us so we struggled with food and hot drinks up and downstairs. Worse than ignoring us struggling, they accused us every morning of breaking the rule about not taking food away from the dining room, not having been effectively told by the wider hotel reception team that we were helping an elderly disabled woman as agreed. With a bit more of a helpful attitude from the team and better communication between kitchen and reception teams this would have been a far more positive experience. The other ableist hotel policy which negatively impacted us was the barriers going up to the huts at 7pm. By doing this, they removed the only step free access to the huts. Please take this feedback seriously.

Stayed for 2 nights, nice beach & pool area. We were lucky enough to have a pool villa which was nice too. Lots of families and kids so not quite our vibe but nothing to complain about. 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area but to be honest it was nice to be away from that chaos. If you’re going to stay on phi phi it’s not a bad bet but to be honest phi phi isn’t the place it once was, it’s filthy, expensive & crowded.

Very rude staff. Would not recommend coming here if you want to be happy on your holiday. Had to ask each day for house keeping to clean room, still have not received any cleaning and it’s our last night. I asked them to at least empty our bins and give us fresh bedding. However, this was too much to ask. Staff laugh in your face and speak in their language about you right in front of you. Even the attitude of the staff in the mini mart is terrible. The phi phi islands are beautiful but not worth staying over here, just get a boat trip instead to see the views.

We came here for 3 nights during our honeymoon. We really liked the section of the island that this hotel is located on as it is more private/clean.The beach this is on is gorgeous and good for swimming. The pool is also nice. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and we would probably return. This is a good hotel for families with young kids. Cons: This property has an onsite restaurant with very nice views, but there is no alcohol served on the property, so you are not able to order a cocktail while at the beach, pool or having lunch at the restaurant. There is also a small market on the property, but they also do not sell beer or wine. This really is such a nice property/location, but it is a bit inconvenient to go off the property to order a cocktail if you are hanging by the beach for the day. That being said, the hotel doesn't mind if you bring your own cocktails or wine to the pool or private beach....the hotel also should add a few more lounge chairs on the beach. The shower/bathroom in the rooms could also use some upgrades...it is outdoors. I liked the free breakfast that was provided, they had all the options that a traditional continental breakfast would provide, I am surprised to see all the negative reviews about the breakfast...this was nice and it is served in a nice room. If you go to Phi Phi, I recommend doing an early morning 7-hour boat day. This was the highlight of our Thailand trip. Overall, this property is clean, quiet, gorgeous beach, nice pool, nice breakfast. Quick walk to phi phi bars/restaurants (which is preferred). It could easily be a 4-star hotel if they added cocktail service at the beach, more beach chairs and more attentive customer service.

The resort was well kept and appropriate for more of a 4 star resort. Staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. The concierge named Bus was phenomenal. Hands down the nicest kindest person we have met thus far in Thailand. We had a snafu and left a passport behind at another hotel in Karon. Bus went out of his way to help us retrieve the passport. Friendly, courteous and just an awesome person doing his best to help out with an urgent matter. He was also knowledgable and skilled at managing plans for the rest of our stay. This could have ruined our trip and he solved the problem. Whomever his manager is - needs to give this guy a raise. Highly enjoyable stay and lovely resort.

I would have given 5 stars if the room rate was a little cheaper - its nice but basic. However you are paying for location, location, location! I don’t think the poor ratings are warranted here. Pro’s: its clean, pool is nice, excellent views, perfect location, mini mart, restaurants. Con’s: breakfast is limited and staff can be quite abrupt/ rude. We stayed in the ‘luxury’ beach villa which was perfect as a family of 4. We were right on the beach and the views were stunning- if you book this room, I would recommend request 101 or 102. The paths are beautifully paved, great for prams. And yes it is 10-15mins walk from town, however the gorgeous views, selection of bars, shops restaurants etc along the way keep you entertained. And its a lovely quiet spot to avoid all the party goers making their way home in the early AM hours.

Update we have been fighting the charge for three nights stay at this hotel it is now eight months later, and the bank card has provided the paper. They made us sign at check-in and lo and behold on the bottom. It says no refund after check-in. I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of traveling when you’re not happy with the place and you wanna leave they let you out they don’t hold you like you’re in jail so if you go to this hotel, good luck and I do mean that’s sarcastically

Fab pool and breakfast area, and nice little beach area with beds and swings to a peaceful beach. The staff could do with being a bit more friendly. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and on arrival got told it’s extra for the bed for the children - but got told it’s very clear and obvious and the guy on reception was very rude. House keeping did come each day but it was always pot luck whether we got four new towels, or 2 or 3, and never again did we get small hair towels. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk to the pier but the hotel carry all your luggage to and from, and it’s a lovely walk, we found it really nice being out of the main centre. Places we loved too: patcharee bakery - the menu choice is insane and everything was so good, the staff so friendly too. Acqua restaurant also lovely with lovely owner and fab food. Trips we did: pi Leh lagoon highly recommend, monkey beach, Maya bay, and Viking cave. Easily get trips sorted. We walked to the viewpoint but make sure you start at the steps. We followed a sign and it was 3.5km trek and through farms 🫣🤣
