We stayed at this resort from 31st Dec to 2nd Jan and enjoyed every moment. We did not know what to expect when we got to this resort due to the previous two reviews and were extremely amazed at the service that we received from all staff members and the beauty of the island and the resort. The gala dinner...

Unfortunately we found this resort to be quite disappointing for the following reasons: -it's not good value for money: the 'superior' bungalow is more consistent with what you would expect of a 1/2 hotel -the bungalows seem really neglected with dated furniture, an old TV and a really unpleasant bathroom with a leaky shower and strange smell -the only wifi...

It's our second stay on Phi Phi but first time in this hotel. The hotel is located on the most north part of the island. We arrived to Phi Phi to Tonsay Bay by ferry from Krabi. There are only two possibilities to get to the hotel: 1) get long tail boat (max 6 persons, 1200 THB per boat). It's...

We booked a standard room at 75€/night, for 2 nights. On our first night, the floor was full of sand when we arrived, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. At 7am the day after, they started BUILDING A ROAD behind our bungalow, and doing renovations in the 2 bungalows next door to us. So the morning after...

I have been here just a month back and the experience was wonderful. The villa is just next to the beach and has a wonderful view. You may get tired with the breakfast buffet if you are here for long, but the sceneries will keep you amazed. The room service is good, They change the sheets daily and arrange perfectly.

Beautiful island, nice bungalows and good service. Good relation price-quality. Good breakfast. Desapointed with private beach, but we can go to the next one, but without chairs... Good location, very quite side of island.

We stayed three nights at this resort, which was nice but we felt that the breakfast was pretty poor, the staff were good but nothing like the other places we had stayed. The resort itself we chose because it was quieter than the centre of phi phi, the sea is beautiful and the colours are amazing, we took a long...

At first the staff is very gentle. They offer you a welcome juice and a towel, but once payed the rooms, they forget all the education and hospitality. A plug in the room was broken. We asked them to repair it but they didn't come. We had to repair it by ourselves. The windows were all broken, and we could...

Phi Phi Natural is a friendly safe resort with lovely bungalows and beautiful gardens. The main part of the hotel; reception, massage parlour and restaurant are on the main beach with a few bungalows over looking the private beach. The bungalows, we were in a superior one, are nice and spacious with comfortable clean beds and romantic mosquito nets (although...

Koh Phi Phi Don isl. is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The hotel under review is ok. The beds are as hard as rocks, and most people in our party could not sleep three nights in a row. Although the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful, the smells around the hotel leaves much to be desired. Reception staff are...
