Good location but pretty unbearable accommodations. We, like many people switched hotels after the first night. They don't have clean water for showers... it's salt water and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Do not stay here.

Looks great on the pics but it's unclean and a bit scummy inside....staff are appallingly rude and messy looking. One of them wore torn worn out shoes 2 sizes too big and could hardly walk in them...at £129 I expect much more than a big standard hotel with a good pool Wouldn't be paid to stay here again Horrible experience...

The hotel location has a great view of Maya Bay. It is a short walk from the peer, and from restaurants. The room is comfortable but not great, the bathroom can definitely use a make over. I do recommend the massage spa, it is the best Thai massage I got in Thailand. Easy access to the beach and rental boats...

The hotel was fine. I don't think I'd stay here again though. For the price (~USD 150/night) it was not worth it at all. The staff was alright, view from the room was absolutely amazing. The room was very dated and dark. Breakfast was mediocre. What really annoyed me was that the wifi is basically nonexistent (neither free nor paid)...

One of the most reasonable places to stay in (if you're not on a backpacker budget only looking to stay in hostels). Pool is amazing! Direct access to the beach too. A few minutes walk from the pier and the nightlife and the shops / restaurants. Book without breakfast as it's not so good, but there's so many places to...

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent time. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was absolutely superb although not friendly for light sleepers as you can hear the beach parties. The pool is spectacular and huge. The rooms are in good/neat condition with some expected wear and tear and we'll equipped. The only...

I'm going to start with the good. Room was in good shape, the location is central which is perfect. The hotel isn't cheesy, which for phi phi is unfortunately a thing. The buffet breakfast is worth going to with chefs to cook you fried, scrambled or omelettes on demand.

The hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the harbour. The rooms are a little out dated, the grounds and pool are well kept. The staff are friendly. The only concern is that the hotel is in a cove and as a result the pool party held every night at the Princess Resort means that you hear boom boom...

Great location right on the harbour. Front entrance leads to centre with shops etc and the pool back entrance directly on the beach. Sun lounger around the pool over look the beach. Pool area very nice best feature of the hotel including location. Rooms however especially the bathroom and corridors of the hotel are tired and need updating. Bathroom a...
