Excellent value for the price, located beachfront on ko phi phi. Incredibly friendly staff will go out of their way to accommodate. Nightly dinner offered at the restaurant where you can literally sit at tables on the sand in front of the water. Nightly live music as well. Massage services offered until 10pm nightly. Walking distance from all other hotels...

we stayed here for 2 nights in july, very picturesque location, not a very busy location perfect if you don't want to be in the heart of phi phi. Please be aware that if you get a long tail from tonsil bay its going to cost you 1200 thb. the hotel does not offer any shuttle service. Staff are friendly...

We stayed 2 nights at the PP Erawan Palms resort. Clean and neat rooms however quite small and didn't unfortunately have a sea view. Pool area is on the beach front, however needs a bit of a revamp. Staff friendly and pleasant. The hotel was very quiet and we literally felt like the only people there which was quite nice....

We stayed here on our anniversary for 8 nights whilst on Phi Phi. (Sept 2011.) The location itself is simply stunning, you are right on the beach with views out towards Mosquito island and to the north side of the island. The staff were all very welcoming when we arrived on the boat late into the evening - I think...

Just been there 17/07/2013 - The Hotel is a bit dated as the furniture seems a bit tired and old. Even the bathroom not that clean as mentioned. There's a lot of yellowish stain here and there. Front Office Staff not so helpful and a bit arrogant ...My purposed of visit is to survey the Hotel for my Guests as...

This is a beautiful small resort placed on an isolated beach, really away from the main part of Phi Phi Island. Although it does take 40 minutes to get back and forth between the main dock and the resort, if you are looking for that quiet place for some relaxation time, or the quality alone time with your beloved half,...

We were dreading staying here, as we had read so many bad reviews once we had booked (holiday package). The photos don't do it justice, as the location is phenomenal! We had the intention of relaxing before noisy Bangkok, however it was too secluded and there was nothing to do at night once the restaurant closed! You cannot get anywhere...

Amazing place. Not what I was particularly after as I wanted to go party but that was the other side of the island... HOWEVER this place is amazing. Very clean, staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make your trip more comfortable. Room was nice and tidy, get complimentary drinking water daily with room service. Very romantic...

Phi-Phi Island. First what surprised us was ferry boat. Please consider this as complicated process unless you have rucksack or narrow carryall with big wheels. All passenger luggage are stored random on the stern of the boat creating two meters hill. Please do not bother yourself with digging up yours one. Take it ease and wait till other passengers pick...

The hotel is at a very good location at North Phi Phi, Beautiful Beaches etc. However, the service is a little average. The hotel staff does not have that personal touch. The breakfast is very average. The boat service to Tonsai village costs 200B per person per side (and from other reviews, I noticed a lot of hotels provide this...
