Didn't have any accom pre booked when we arrived in phi phi so after walking around for about 30 mins, being offered ridiculous prices, we came across this place for a double AC room for 700 baht per night. The guy on reception is lovely and super helpful, the location is excellent and the wifi is good. The rooms are... More

We stayed few nights, but it was the worst experience of all. It definitely doesn't look like on the pictures. It's much worse!!!! There were a lot of insect, not clean at all, just cold water, paper walls - so you hear everything from others rooms. The stuff was unhelpful, rude and not nice at all. They didn't gave our... Alright you get what you pay for. But this is over the line for how bad it can get. First of all it was hard to find! When we reached Phi Phi we walked for around 30 minutes ( everything is very close in phi phi, maximum 10 minutes walk ). It's close to the stair to the Viewpoint. When... More

The room offered wasnt like in the picture. It's worse! Thin walls (actually papers) so I can hear noise from the 2 rooms next to mine. Yellow kind of dirty water from the toilette is disgusting! But the one from the sink is well clearer. The house is located far from the noisy center so if you wanna escape from... More

Stayed here for two nights. It was pretty average but that's what we expected for a low budget place. We just about coped but you have to go in with a positive attitude and not stay for longer than a few nights! The guy on reception was lovely and helpful, however, the room has little furnishing and had quite a... More

This hotel is quite frankly the most disgusting place I've ever been too, never mind had to sleep in! It should not be open to the public. We stayed for 3 nights..each night brought a new issue. The rooms are the most basic you could get, which isnt an issue as i am travelling so wouldn't expect luxury but when... More

Where do I start with this over priced hell hole. Myself and 3 friends stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't wait to leave. Each room was full of bugs and mosquitoes and one even had a spider the size of a tarantula! The air con leaked on 3 separate occasions with one incident flooding our room. The whole place... More

Do not be fooled by the men or the photos you are shown at the pier. This hovel of a so called hotel should be closed down immediately, it is a disgrace in every possible way. Our room was infested with cockroaches, flying ants, mosquitoes, spiders and bed bugs. When we discussed this with the rude lady at reception we... More

We were sold this place on arrival at the quay. It was quieter than expected, but we had a few mosquitoes (nothing abnormal there) cockroaches and flying ants. Fortunately we had bug killer which we sprayed the room with! Bit smelly outside but not the guest houses fault. The towel rail fell off and the picture over the bed was... More

“Choose a room at the front on the ground floor (next to reception) for better wi fi speed or if you want a shared balcony which is nice - the rooms at the front on the first floor are best and also great for wi fi connection on the balcony.”

“DO NOT listen to the guys when getting off of the ferry and book accommodation there. Walk around and SEE the room before paying for it. There are a lot of places to stay in Phi phi and many of them are new. Just be prepared to walk a bit.”
