Stayed here for 3 nights in a room with 2 twins. Basic room, but it was clean and nicely put together. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed being so close in town. Right in the middle of the action, but down an alley and quiet enough to get some sleep. We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived and enjoyed... More

First of all, the rooms have no windows, secondly, the walls are covered with algea giving a foul smell in the room which does not go away even after switching on the AC. Thirdly, they are scaring you with warning messages all over the room. Even on the room key, they have a warning sign. Please, we are not keen... More

Some friends chose this place. I was a bit skeptical at first, and then very pleasantly surprised. I generally stay in slightly nicer places than the usual backpacker lodging. I was pleased to find this place very clean, welcoming and having all the basic things you'd want for a stay within the busy part of Phi Phi. The woman who... More

Thankfully I brought one backpack on my trip. This little spot is tucked away in the shopping center on Koh phi phi. It's a 5 minute walk to beach and 1 minute walk to all shops & bars. Simple & small but great for someone who is just looking for a nice place to sleep on a budget. I would... More

We arrived at the Orange Tree, located down a mosquito ridden alleyway, and were greeted by a rude 'receptionist' who shouted for our passports without a word of welcome. Once our details were confirmed we were taken to our damp, musty room which smelt and looked awful. The 'receptionist' soon attempted to turn on the aircon before informing us it... More

A very good room in my opinion. Wifi is very strong and fast! Room is small but cozy. Toilet is good too in my opinion. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly and gave us directions as well. Room is made every alternate day, air con is strong.

Orange tree was a last minutes booking for my friend and myself when we stayed on Phi Phi, it was perfect as well. We had a small room which was clean, made up daily, and very comfortable. It was located right in the middle of town, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and really close to lots of... More

This place is in the center of the nightlife, so if you're planning to party it works well. But, if you need to sleep earlier then it isn't too hard either. I had the room right next to the street and I used the AC/AirCon to drone out half of the party noise, then coupled that with some light calm... More

It was a little difficult to find. When you get off the boat all the hotels or hostels send someone to meet you and help you carry your stuff with a cart. This one did not. We had to find our own way to the hotel carrying all of our stuff in the heat. Luckily after a bit a man... More

This is now the forth hotel I have stayed on in Phi Phi. To be blunt the standard of hotel on Phi Phi leaves a lot to be desired but Orange Tree was definitely above the average. The room was CLEAN, which is number one priority, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, even overlooking a minor... More
