We arrived for dinner at 8:45pm and, without telling us the kitchen was closing soon, took our order and brought out microwaved pre-prepared food that still had the plastic wrap on the plates. Waitress asked us to pay for our meals 5 minutes into receiving our food and hovered until we did. Food was decent at best.

The location is perfect for beach bums. We stayed at unit A1 which faces the beautiful phi phi Long Beach. Has a private foyer as well for a nice evening chill out. The in house restaurant is not bad but for superb seafood just take a 100baht taxi boat to town or a 30 minute uphill walk. Room was clean...

We stayed for 3 nights which i think was enough. The resort is on a beach which is only accessible by boat which we didn't realise so there are no roads etc. Easy to get a taxi boat to the main part of Phi Phi for bars etc. Resort is very quiet in the evening and away from the main...

We enjoyed our stay in Paradise Pearl hotel, I am sure I can come back here next time. Best thing is the beach. It is very beautiful but gets a little bit crowded by the middle of the day, because people from other hotels come to sunbath. The restaurant is OK. Staff is not always very firendly, and some of...

I'm not too sure how the rest of PhiPhi compares but I would definitely classify this hotel as a budget/rustic place to stay. The room itself was fairly large but a little run down. The hotel is on a nice stretch of beach not too far from Tonsai and many people pulled up everyday in longboats to get their tan...

This could be a great hotel as the location is superb. Our bungalow was very tired and the bathroom very dirty the shower tray was cracked and needed to be replaced, mould on tiles. We stayed here 7 days and the bathroom sink and shower was never cleaned. They would change towels make the beds put colored water in the...

Amazing! Stayed in the bungalow and it was ridiculously cute. The hotel was so relaxing, views were incredible, far enough from the party section of the island, and the food was amazing. In my opinion, people who write negative reviews about this place probably just don't know how to chill. I really hope I can visit the hotel again. PS-...

Stayed for two nights and it was our most expensive acommodation in Thailand. I read that the bungalows are old and this wasn't new but i hoped that the basic stuff works. Air con was very loud and it felt like it was going to take off.. Water in the sink didn't go down. The lamp decoration in the ceiling...

After reading the reviews about bad service was a feeling a bit reserved about what the restaurant service was going to be like. Honestly, service wasn't excellent but who cares?! There were a few smiles, and when you are eating in the most perfect location and the food is the best Thai food you have had all trip so far...

This is why you come to Phi Phi - and make your way to Long Beach - the beach. Paradise Pearl is well placed on the beach - giving hotel guests and day-trippers a large stretch of sand with a small cove on one side. The water is clear aqua blue and gentle- and there are tame fish that swim...
