Dissapointed with the rude and unprofessional service from this hotel. The manager doesn't deal with problems and decides to avoid them by hiding. The room was average but I met many other travellers who complained with how filthy their rooms were, they had also complained but nothing had been solved. Overpriced and unworth visiting, I agree with the comments below,...

I booked through a travel agent to stay in this resort for around 3 weeks (yes, I know booking with agents is a bad idea but I'd already paid which is why I stayed as long as I did). The cheapest bungalow room I was given was very dirty, with some very suspicious red stains on the mattress, and was...

Travelling around SE Asia for a month before looking forwards to the full moon party. We booked this hotel after seeing the brochure which sold it to us, What should have been a few relaxing days at the hotel turned into the worst part of my travels. We arrived at the hotel (leading up to the full moon peak) to...

We stayed here for the full moon party in July, Our room was filthy and tacky, the shower water was horrendous smelling of metal and the room looked NOTHING like the brochure. When complaining we were told the manager didn't want to speak to us!!! When we finally saw him(we had to litreally wait outside his office) he was rude...

I've read some of the negative reviews and have to say that our stay was very different. You do need to stay in the resort and not in the hotel. We did find the hotel to be shabby, but we were upgraded to the one of the superior delux rooms in the resort straight away. Dave who works there was...

Without a doubt, the main guy 'Dave' was the most unhelpful hotel staff member I have ever met while seeming really concerned. Upon arrival we were give the WORST room I have ever seen, included with eddy sort of stain and hole you can imagine! There were holds in the floor and the roof and stained bedsteads. When we complained...
