Great location if your looking to get messed up. Make sure you do get messy because the beds in the dorms are unbelievably bad lol the rooms never got cleaned in the week we were there not that we cared. Staff are great and the alcohol prices are cheap in the bar.

Quality of room was absolutely appalling. The 4 bed dorm was dark, dingy, no hot water, toilet kept breaking and there was a constant noise in the wall from animals/ birds moving about. The bed sheets had paint all over them when we arrived and the blanket/duvet is basically a big towel! The actual night of the full moon party...

Me and my friend had the best time staying here for 5 nights during the Full moon party! We stayed in a dorm with 20 beds, which can seem like a lot but it wasn't. The people we met here were fun and open, and the whole hostel started every party night together. The showers are really good, you have...

As a veteran when it comes to travel I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone thinking of attending full moon, if not for the comfy beds and cheap price, but for the staff that come with it. I had an issue with my bank where I was left unable to access my money for 24 hours the male receptionist...

If you're coming to Koh Phangan for the full moon party then you should look no further than here. A large group of us from New Zealand stayed here over new years and it was ideal. The rooms are basic but it's very close to the party beach and the owner (Eddie) gets the party started in the hostel bar....

Jaya Hostel for the 2015 August Full Moon Party was a combination of mixed emotions. Before people start to whinge, for £6 a night at peak times, you can't really get a better deal, the location, the atmosphere was second to none. Despite this, you cannot simply begin to comprehend what you are about to sleep in haha. If you...

Jaya Hostel is the perfect location for beach and Full Moon Party. The food here is brilliant, every dish we ordered was freshly made. Very kind staff who get involved with Full Moon party! We stayed in private room was good for what we paid especially during high season

I loved this hostel - stayed for full moon party and couldnt ask for a better stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the showers/bathroom facilities were fine. Location is excellent, close to everything you could ask for - beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Outside the hostel is literally a street party every night around Full Moon. The best...

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. We booked the six bed dorm (have to use the bathroom downstairs) but the receptionist was really nice and told us that no one else had booked in and allowed us to stay in the 12 bed dorm to make friends. One toilet and two showers was absolutely fine for 12...
