We had a simply magical time at Princess Paradise. The rooms are beautiful (with great views towards Koh Samui; the rooms with a bath on the outside terrace are great!), the swimming pool is gorgeous and right on the beach, there is a swim-up bar that serves great cocktails and the restaurant (beautifully decorated) has an extensive menu of Western and Thai food at reasonable prices.
The personnel went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. A special shout out to wonderful Oat, who helped with all the little added extras that made our stay fantastic. Thank you Oat, it is much appreciated!
Thank you to the Princess Paradise team. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the restaurant, pool and general location - near to Haad Rin but a kilometre away from the madness and noise! The sunsets are incredible and we loved having sundowner drinks. The menu in the restaurant is quite limited - especially for vegetarians.

I stayed 5 nights at Princess Paradise. The hotel itself is very pleasant, located on the quiet seaside, not far from the center of Haad Rin (accessible on foot by road or by taxi), and benefits from splendid sunsets. The room is nicely decorated, the bed comfortable, and the terrace pleasant, as is the sea view. The common areas (swimming pool, restaurant, bar and beach) are neat and quiet.
Above all, we must highlight the service which is excellent, with all the staff taking great care to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. A special thank you to Sprite, Kaowoat and Sitean for facilitating all aspects of my stay (recommendations of places to visit, booking transport, and other tips for visiting the island). Welcoming, warm and very professional service which made my holiday in Koh Phanghan memorable. I will come back without hesitation.

Customer service very poor at check in they take you too your room no here’s the pool here’s where you go for breakfast just leave u to work it all out yourself! Drinks 4 times the price then anywhere else! Cocktails are terrible no alcohol taste more like a smoothie . No one was sat watching the sunset on the beach I assume this is why! We also noticed people round the pool bring their own drinks which when u can buy a soft drink for 22 baht but hotel charge 180 baht not surprised ! Breakfast u order both our eggs all come out cold not worth the extra money for the breakfast better too eat out! Staff sit on the desk on their phones during breakfast service . Nice pool but the beach the hotel let non hotel guests sit on the beds when guests pay £200 plus a night for the supposed private beach. My booking was for a late check out when I asked they said yes you have a late check out but u can’t have it as new guests coming (makes no sense) This is not a 4 star hotel. They also only provide one bottle water in room (all other hotels we stayed in was two in the bathroom two in the fridge) Another note when I went in to the toilet next to the bar it was blocked I reported it to staff when I went there later on still has not been fixed. Don’t book this hotel save your money and splurge at Vanee Gold Sands or Explorer .
So disappointing staff don’t care it’s almost like they have your money so didn’t too provide a good series would not recommend or stay here again.

Watch out for misleading photos! We have booked 2 rooms of the best category to have "guaranteed" a beautiful sea view.. No room looked like the one that appeared on the photos of the site neither in terms of view nor in terms of surface area! Decent rooms without more.. Very dark, bed glued to the wall and window of the bathroom! Impossible to unstick the bed a few centimetres from the window since the mattress is placed on concrete.. one of the rooms had stunning views of the balconies of the building next door and a dilapidated courtyard!!! We were simply charged rooms that clearly did not fit the category we paid for! What most outraged us was the arrogant reaction of the staff! No professionalism! I sincerely invite the manager to train the receptionists to receive the complaints of customers with courtesy especially when they are justified. I post the pictures and let you judge for yourself...

From the moment our driver Boy picked us up we knew this place would be different. Best hotel pick up ever, made sure we had not only snacks but a range, as well as refreshments (non alcoholic) then he stopped so he could share a local street food delicacy with us. The hotel itself is tucked away on a steep slope but blends into the forest well with pool and beach metres from each other. Pool bar staff can make a decent cocktail. Main township is a 10-15 min walk on beach or road depending on your pace. Room was spacious but bathroom seemed to have list space the bedroom could have spared. Restaurant food was on point and did not have a bad meal with great views of Koh Samui to welcome you into your day. Overall good spot far enough away from the action of the town to be quiet but also close enough if you want to give it a shake.

This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. The service level from the bartender and the waitress were fantastic. The ability to walk into the town of Haad Rin was amazing, especially because taxis are expensive relatively and the public taxis can be scary (for me) the way the car seems to be all over the road. The pool was perfect for relaxing in. The rooms were nice and the balcony facing the sunset was super. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that you could not hear noise from other rooms. The food in the restaurant was very good. Other guests mentioned this was the best hotel on the island.

Friendly hotel, very decent room and very kind staff. However, the beach is not suitable for swimming, which is unfortunate for an island. The geographical location is not ideal for exploring the island (close to the full moon). Good breakfast… I just regret not having fresh fruit juice (same for cocktails) rather than industrial juice.

Amazing stay at the Princess Paradise Koh Phangan!! We stayed here for just 2 nights, and wish it could have been longer!
Stayed here for the full moon party which is only a 10 minute walk, a great location to bars a restaurants but also was nice and quiet around the hotel, right on the beach!
Rooms and pool are lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond! The best breakfast during our holiday to Thailand, you receive a lovely cooked breakfast with multiple options, as well as granola/yoghurt, pastries, fruit.
Thank you!! 🌟

The Rooms are very pretty and decorated with a great love for detail. Same goes for the food. It’s always decorated very nicely. I also loved the view from my room. It was really amazing and I would like to personally thank the management for allowing an upgrade to my room to gift me with this amazing view. :-) It also had a bathtub on the balcony which was very nice! Furthermore I have to say that the staff was extremely friendly in general. I was especially pleased with Kaowoat from the reception, who was always extremly helpful, kind and friendly. I feel like he is doing a great job! He also always had a smile on his face which made my stay even more pleasant. Also Tulra from the Bar/Restaurant was extraordinarily friendly even though he definitely worked hard. He served all the guests in incredible speed.
Overall I can say that I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was clean and big enough. So we’re the rooms. I especially enjoyed that the pool is directly connected to the bar and I love that the Hotel is very animal friendly. Stray cats and dogs regularly came for a visit. (2 Dogs mainly) and the staff seemed to see them as family members. The dogs were not bothering the guests at all and all of the guests liked them. I would come back to this hotel if I can and I can definitely recommend it to everyone who likes a little paradise.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the beach (just at some parts) was not that clean. There has been plastic bottles and also glass bottles laying around. It’s been like this on multiple beaches in Thailand. Which makes me sad.And this black tube, whatever that is, could have been maybe buried in the sand. Would make the beach a lot nicer.
