We visited the Resort in December 2020 and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and very clean, we stayed in the block as we had adjoining rooms for our children. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We would recommend a car but the hotel has a taxi that you can hire. The food was amazing especially the pizzas. Reasonably priced food and drinks also.

Very greedy owner. Breakfast is very bad. Oily noodles no boiled or fried vegetables. Chilly sauce in plastic bottles are terrible! The sauce is stinky. I asked every day for a beach towel. The employs said there are no more available. I never had a chance to get one. The Bungalow is very simple no insulation and therefore the AC is not able to cool it. They use electric water heating for warm water instead of hot water solar panels. I didn't use the pool. I swam in the ocean. It was great and the beach and the location is fantastic!

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your comment. 1. The staff proved to you on that day as the chilli sauce did not spoiled. All guests tried the same chill sauce but only you complaint us regarding the sauce. Although our sauces are changed the new one every day and it did not be spoiled, we changed the new one for you as your request. 2. And then you asked us to contain the sauce in the glass bottle instead of plastic bottle. Please understand that this organic plastic bottle is 100% safe. Both chilli sauce and package container comes together from Heinz Company. Besides, our resort welcomes all ages, therefore, it must be better for children because the organic plastic bottles are unbreakable and be easy to squeeze. 3. We served Pad Thai with Chicken on that day. There are few vegetables like bean sprouts to be ingredient of Pad Thai. Therefore we could not put any fried/boiled vegetables into this dish as it would ruin the truly Thai taste. We also served the different Thai Dish everyday. 4. Apart from Pad Thai Dish, you can get the fresh vegetables from the Salad Station. Egg dish from Egg Station, fruit, Sausages, Ham, Fried Potato, Grilled Tomato, Baked Beans, Pancakes&Honey, Toast and Jam, Pastries, Juices, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Hot Chocolate, Fruit Salad, Mulli, Cereals etc. 4. You did not inform us about the air-condition problem in the room. The guest may adjust the air-condition in the wrong mode, as a result, the air condition could not work well. This incident happened to some cases. And then we are able to solve this problem easily after the guest informed our staff. The Air-Conditions are the new one just be installed in September, 2019. 5. The hot water solar panels are not practical in our areas because there are no enough solar energy when it comes to raining season like June-October. The rain pours down all day & night. Besides, our electric water heating system has the qualification of the international standard for security requires. Hope you would notice that we also use the Solar Panels for some part of Kitchen, Bar and Hotel Sign at the entrance. 6. There are high demand of beach towels usages at the prime time especially in the high season, as a result, the lack of beach towels at the pick-up point. The guest feel free to request at the staff and then we provide them to the guest immediately. However, we try to request the guest to use less towels per day because it helps to save tons of water, cleaner and electric power,

We stayed for 2 nights in a standard room in the new building. It was very nice. The room was big and the bathroom was nice. The AC worked perfectly. The walls are really thin. We heard everything from the next room. The location isn't very good. You'll need a tuk tuk everytime you leave the resort. The staff was very helpful and nice. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and the service was top notch :) The pool looked a bit dirty and the whole hotel area looked a bit shabby. Sunbeds looked old. I think they should improve the overall look of the yard area. The breakfast was ok. If you wake up easily then I suggest to take earplugs along. There are some really loud birds in the forest and they start to chirp really early in the morning!

Do you want white sand beaches, great ocean swimming, a clean inviting location, and access to great food and shopping? If so this is “not” the best location for you. There are literally dozens of better options in the 8.0 and above rating on Klong Dao, Long Beach, Klong Khong, and Klong Nin beaches. On arrival at the property you’ll find steps with damaged wiring, unsightly landscaping, poor waste management, and generally something akin to a 1-2 star not a 3 star property. The deluxe bungalow we stayed in was ok, everything worked and the resort was doing an ok job keeping them up and clean. Pool area was nice but needs new towels and seating. Waste management at the bar and grass area needs to be addressed. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Overall with focus on a better landscape, cleaning, and maintenance program this property has great potential. It feels like the owners are trying but have lost focus on delivering a 3 star and higher experience. But they can’t do anything about the beach. Its simply not a swimming and sun bathing location. But it is quiet.
