This place was disgusting and they refused to give us a refund. We were greeted to our room by lots of bugs, a gecko, and the smell of mold. The linens were stained, the walls, switches, and floor were filthy. The a/c didn’t work properly and main door to the room would barley s

This is non-refundable reservation and you booked the fan room(26 euro with buffet breakfast) which you could not stay because it was too hot on that day and you requested a air-condition room. We offered you to upgrade to our Modern Room(Beachfront Bungalow) which was only a air-condition room available on that night with 20% discount and you refused to pay for upgrading. Therefore, it was only a Budget Air-Con room on the hill which not be ready to sell on that day because of printing on the wall. And we let you stay on this room with free of charge for that night. Air-condition on this room might look old but it works perfectly. You did not inform us anything regarding room issue and went outside. And then left the hotel. We do the best for this case and how did we refund the money for the room that you did not book? However, we took the photos of a Budget Air-Con room on the hill which is in the ready condition. And please noted that Thailand is in tropical zone. Please avoid a fan room if you cannot stand that hot weather. And avoid to stay on the hill surrounding with many trees if you do not want to see few natural bugs from the tree. The photo of bungalow on the hill also is shown before booking.

Very basic. Not as the photos. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Great beach though, however, and good activities to do in the area. The resort has great potential but lots of staff seen doing nothing and talking loudly.

Just home from 5 nights at this resort. It is a warm and welcoming resort with wonderful staff and the most beautiful vista! As other reviewers have said, the resort is a little careworn but as the first resort on Koh Lanta it wears it's age very well. Everything is spotlessly c

Hi we have booked the beach front deluxe and want to know are the views as great as they say and if there is a safe in the room
Are tea and coffee making facilities available in the rooms please? Do the room safes work?
Hi there, i'm just a traveller staying at the resort now. There are no Electric Appliances in the rooms so you cannot boil water in the rooms. However you can go to the nearest town and find 'Penn's shop' where you can buy an electric water boiler for 700 bht. and buy instant coffee and tea in the super market. There is no safe in our room (103) and I don't know if you can get your personal belongings stored at the reception. Hope that helped you !? Enjoy your trip :-)

Savez vous si l'hôtel organise des transferts à partir de l'aéroport de krabi jusqu'à l'hôtel ? Merci
We can arrange a private air-con van to pick you up at Krabi Airport. The rate is at 2,500 baht/way/ a van including ferry fee from the mainland to the island. It takes about 2.5 hrs from Krabi Airport to the island. If you would like to take this transfer, please confirm us with your flight details.
