Stndr room, rats in ceiling, insects in bathroom. Nice beach, restaurant ok (only tried Thai) 15% discount for guests. Tuktuk to Saladan is 50 bhat, walk 20 mins. Nice, helpful staff. Smelley and warm bathroom. Is attached to the room, airconditioning in bedroom. WiFi worked perfect. Restaurant staff very nice, seem to work all day and night, bar staff uninterested,...

We stayed for 4 nights. Buffet breakfast was good. Pool was nice and view from there was beautiful. Friendly staff. We ate at the restaurant twice, thai-food and burgers were fine but pizza was not good. We liked this place, only problems were with wifi, it didin't work all the time, and our room's bathroom - the smell was awful.

Nice family friendly place located at the end of klong dao beach and 10 min away from Saladan with a tuk tuk. The beach in front of the resort is unfortunately not the best one, but you can find a ok medium sized pool in the resort. The bungalow we had on the beach front was clean and well equipped.....

My wife picked this resort on the internet as part of a multi stop Thailand trip. Some years ago we stayed at another resort at the Klong Dao beach so we were familiar with the area. The Twin Bay resort is a small and convenient place with friendly staff and very nice bungalows. We were fortunate to get an upgrade...

So yes it is true this is a 3 star resort in a 5 star location. So to start with the best part: location. Pretty quiet, wonderful beach (which is super child friendly) and relaxed atmosphere. Also liked the fact it wasn't so big. Beach towels and sun beds plenty available. Downers: - some bungalows and surroundings need a fix...

We stayed at Twin Bay for 6 nights after reading lots of positive reviews, sadly we were disappointed on a number of counts. We had booked two rooms and when we arrived they seemed unaware of our booking, there was lots of face pulling and frowning as we waited patiently to be given our rooms. The usual Thai charm and...

Family of three stayed for three nights in a Delux Villa which was basic but clean and nice, bathroom newly renovated. Two patios, both with seaview but also view to some broken sunbeds collection and trash by the road... Overall in the hotel area there were too many places you didn't want to look at or smell, should be rather...

Nice, clean bungalows. The poolarea is nice, BUT the resort is short of sunbeds. The area is big enough for more sundbeds. I don't understand why the resort doesn't get more beds so the guests get more happy. I complained and the management picked up some old sundbeds from storage. They still need more sunbeds to get great review. Breakfast...

This hotel is horrible. Not well located. Nothing around to shop or eat. As far as concerned the standard bedroom we booked 7 rooms and all of them were old and dirty. We asked the staff to do something about it and to give us fresh ones but they wouldn't saying that the hotel was fully booked. It was not...
