Let´s get into positive things first: - Location is excellent. Hotel is right on the lovely beach. - Rooms are basically ok and comfortable. - Problems were attended quickly Not so good: - If we would have had to pay the normal price (at the time of writing beachfront villa 108€ / $122) I would feel robbed. Now with the 50% covid discount it was ok. With the regular price I can not recommend this hotel. - Breakfast was poor. My wife has a coeliac disease of which the hotel was informed beforehand but it was not noticed in any way. This is unacceptable. Otherwise, there were three breads but nothing else from the bakery. "coffee" was terrible and without the free breakfast coffee from the Escape Cafe that came with the "covid offer" to the beachside villas there would not have been coffee to drink. - The staff´s English skills on average are so poor that they should not be in customer service. This is especially true with the restaurant staff. - A/C equipment was due to renewal ages ago - Many problems; first the room we had reserved was not available (fixed), toilet did not flush properly (fixed), bathtub did not keep the water in (fixed). remote controö for the AC did not work (fixed), internet connection was lost (somewhat fixed, was not so good afterwards) - there is no soundproofing whatsoever in the rooms. - no service from the restaurant to the beach We stayed in three rooms: the beachfront villa (S1), seaside pavilion deluxe (S23) and deluxe seaview villa (S10). Out of these the only one I could recommend is S1. The seaside pavilion deluxe rooms are so near the parking lot and the circle where cars come to drop off / pick up that the exhaust comes straight to the room and makes it impossible to live there. If there wouldn´t have been other room types available, we would have had to change the hotel. Why I am so strict with saying that S1 is the only room worth staying? It is the furthest from the swimming pool so it has the least amount of noise. It has just one neighbour and that is towards the pool / breakfast area so there is no traffic in front of it. All the other rooms suffer from traffic in front of them, neighbours or really long walk to the breakfast. After this three week experience in this hotel, I can think of only one type of guests I could recommend it to (but not with regular pricing, remember this) and it is families with children. This is because there will be those anyway. Last I want to mention two individuals who rose above all: Jen from the Escape Cafe and Benz from the breakfast room. These lovely ladies had a smile to their eyes and You could tell that they were happy coming to work every morning.

everything is nice, the room is well built, equipped and thought out. Service is fine, breakfast is superb, and staff very friendly. The beach is clean, and a big refrigerator in the room is also a good choice.

We stayed there 2 nights and it was fantastic! The buildings were mostly upscale Thai designs with bungalows on second floor levels. The bedroom was very large and had a balcony outside too. The bathroom and show facilities were in a separate room across the stairway. But it was quite awkward to step down to the landing and then step up to the bathroom door, It would be much more comfortable if they had made a flat surface between the rooms. There were 2 swimming pools and we had one near our room. The beach was wonderful and breakfast was delicious!

Stayed 11 nights and it was all perfect!! Our beachfront was room was nice and clean, in a great location with perfect views. Yes, people walk by and look, in but it's ok. The jacuzzi is a real treat after a long day at the beach. We ate all our meals at the resort and the food was super! Real Thai food at a beach resort can be hard to find but all dishes were authentic, spicy and delicious. Every staff member was friendly and ready to chat or help with anything required. They really made our stay better, thanks!! The beach is excellent for long walks, swimming at all tides, and of course sunsets. See you again soon!!!
