Booked last minute after coming from PP but got a good deal on price. Food was Thai authentic, superb and better than other places we tried although we were only here for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean but a little tired and could do with a freshen up. As others have said mosi heaven with water motes surrounding...

My girlfriend and I loved this little resort. We would def go back. The staff are lovely and accommodating. The pool was right on the lovely beach, which was stunning. Out room opened out onto the pool area with the beach directly behind this. You can lay in bed and see the sea. It's amazing. The room was cleaned daily...

We spent 2 days in Andalay. Ko Lanta beaches are very average, hotel is highly overpriced, with smelly bathroom and poor breakfast. Noisy street is just behind the wall. Wifi is working. Lots of drink bars on the beach. Will not be back to this hotel.

We stayed there for three nights. We were in other resorts in Ko Muk and Ko Phi Phi before, so we had real good comparisons. The hotel is definitely overpriced and you can find much nicer, cheaper and better serviced hotels or bungalow in thai style somewhere else. We had room no. 106. All shelves in the bathroom and room...

We were two couples and stated six nights in the Tslay beachfront room. Our rooms were huge. I had to request that the bed be fitted with two quilts asit was very hard. After that I slept well. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but was a good size. TV had a good selection of English channels BBC etc....

The rooms are simple and nice and have a good view and you can hear the ocean all day. The fish ponds around the rooms are a nice idea, but need at least a minimum up keeping. The plants are in poor condition and I would like to take this opportunity to again suggest that the administration should advise the...

This hotel was wonderful, and at a price that cannot be better. The food was delicious and well varied...we tried almost all the dishes in the menu. The breakfast was very well provisioned, too. I particularly enjoyed the banana pancakes. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They loved playing with my two year old daughter. The pool was great, too...but...

I am truly shocked by the negative reviews. We stayed in June of 2014 and had a wonderful experience- we extended our stay by an extra night. The rooms are well cleaned and spacious with great views. Other reviewers have mentioned the beach is littered and the pool had sand in it, but that is because you are staying during...

Can't believe I spent two weeks there. Terrible place in Koh Lanta. At first abot good things. There is only one good thing. The beach. Or it;s better to say seeview. Nothing else! Now what I didn't like: 1. Ruptured sunshades. 2. Dust in the pool. The water is dirty. 3. The service in the restaurant! Just imagine, that the...

We stayed here for 8 nights with our 2 year old son. It was perfect. The beach was amazing, and most of the time you felt like you had it all to yourself. Swimming pool is great for little ones and couples, with sea views, and amazing sunsets. It is a quiet spot, with plenty of restaurants along the beach...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A Buddhist hotel in a mainly Muslim area. Very attentive staff, stylish rooms, and a good restaurant which in the evening extended onto the sand, lit by oil lamps. The hotel is not yet quite finished (no large pool - only a large hole) so rates are half what they will be when completed. ... more   less
