What can I say, my title sums it up really. From the moment we stepped of the ferry Annie greeted us and made us feel so welcome as did the other members of staff at the resort. The bungalows are everything you need, a lovely bed with mosquito net, air con, shower and a fridge. It's not about luxury with...

Annie was like a great aunt you can find away from home. All the other staff make you feel like with family, yet they work so hard to clean the rooms and make sure everyone gets a good time. They always drop by with fruits/corns/bananas in the afternoon. When our stay was extended and no more rooms available, we had...

This place is pretty close to perfect. In addition to a clean and simple air conditioned bungalo and amazingly close proximity to the beautiful beach, massages, bars and resturants, the thing that makes this place so magical is Annie. Annie is a one stop source of information and anything else you might need. She is lovely and thoughtful and uber...

This is not a 5 star beach resort. But it is an amazing family run guesthouse (even though it's actually bungalows). The bungalow I stayed in was basic, but clean and well cared for. What sells this place is the staff. They bring you breakfast on your bungalow porch every morning, they go out of their way to make sure...

I've travelled extensivley thoughout Thailand over the years but this was my 1st visit to Lanta.......but it sure won't be my last. Having travelled from Samui to Ao Nang we took the ferry to Lanta where Annie picked us up for the transfer to the bungalow. For the money the accomodation was excellent. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and air...

We spent four nights here following a recommendation from a friend and it really does live up to all the reviews. The bungalows are perfect and include a fridge, air con and are less than 30 seconds from the beach. When you get the boat to Ko Lanta the touts will say they don't know Banana Garden and try and...

I echo all of the reviews on this guesthouse. Like others we booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 8. The rooms are a good size with air con and mosquito nets. The beach is a mere stumble and is beautiful. Annie and her staff are very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast on your balcony...

My wife and I stayed here in January as our last stop on our 6 month 17 country around the world trip. After reading the reviews we thought we would check it out. Truly AMAZING. CLEAN, Quiet, incredible service, the best coconut curry I have ever had at the restaurant. Really a gem that we will go back to next...

What a place! Booked the Banana Garden Home due to the good reviews on trip advisor. There is a reason this is #1. The staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. A fridge is included in the room rate, as well as in the morning when you sit on your balcony, Annie or one of the staff bring you coffee...

“Ask for a bungalow along the inside avenue rather than on the entrance path as some people come bak late on mopeds and can disturb you”

“If you want quiet time in the morning, choose the chalets away from the kichen. We didn't mind it at all, but some who are easily awaken by the noise, might want more quiet room.”

“We rented the bungalow 5A, in front of the places of the staff, family bungalow for 4 persons in bamboo and must have paid extra, for the 4th person, for a made rusty iron stacked bed and of mattresses 2 cm thick were put down on a wooden plate. Mosquito nets with a hole, a net of water for the shower. The worst GH of our 15 days in Thailande.”
