Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We really loved this place!! Our family of four ( 2 kids of 9 and 11) stayed in a luxury bungalow right next to the pool. This was really what we were looking for, a piece of pure luxury to finish our Thailand holiday. Most of the staff spoke English, but the main audience for the resort is Thai (escaping Bangkok) which we especially liked. Everyone was really courteous, friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved the pool and also had fun biking around on the various forms of bikes (with/without motor, sidecar and with various seats).
Be careful when you get a massage, this lady looks sweet but is SO strong that we felt pretty beaten up after 1 hour at her mercy...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the private cabin room with a jacuzzi in front. This property is definitely gorgeous especially the room we stayed. Everything is great, the hotel restaurant is very well-designed with live music at night and the breakfast is so delicious with great varieties. However, one thing we found a bit lack was the professionalism of the front desk service. They were not very helpful, we asked them to send some toiletries twice because we ran out but they never did and when we called again they said all the hotel staff had returned home and would not be back until tomorrow!

Definitely a really awesome place, found ALL staff to be excellent and extremely friendly, the facilities were really good,it’s a little bit of the beaten track, which may suit some people,we had a pool villa which was lovely, but the pool was not exclusive and we were near the shallow end, which did get noisy with young children, this place is remote and beautiful but does get busy even during the week, the restaurant was awesome and the food really nice, live music every night and does get busy as non residents can use,so booking essential, the prices are reasonable and the staff amazing, special thanks to the great bar man and terrific manager at the restaurant, would definitely visit again

This was a nice place to tarry for a day and a night at. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. It was extensive, narrow and long in shape- and a great place at which to shield oneself from the omnipresent blazing sunshine. The staff were pleasant and our room was fine.

My son and I cannot sleep because other guest make noisy. I tried to call to reception many times but they cannot handle. One thing that made me scare that is a staff told me that she asked the guests to stop noisy because my room asked her do it. My son and I feel not safe all night.

Hotel room has no window and a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Water in the shower area was not drained well. Told front desk and they replied " you are the first one who has problem " instead of " we will send a maintenance to take a look right away.

Upon check out, we forgot to ask our money back for the hotel key ( they only accept cash for deposit) and front desk forgot to remind us about deposit money. We drove out and we drove back. When we came in, front desk had no guests. We asked why they didn't try to reach us. They said they were too busy and gave us the whole excuses and stories. We felt like it's our fault not asking them back our money.

I know that mistakes can happen and we didn't blame them. We just need their apology that they failed to remind guests about their money that they took instead of stupid excuses.

My mom came to visit while I was swimming and they thought that she would stay with us. Instead of verifying with us, they just charge extra fees plus sending a rollaway bed. When I came back, everything was set up and too late to uninstall.

I had a massage. I told them I just had breakfast 2 hours ago and don't need to massage my belly. She said massage would help the digestion and massage my belly, at the end of the day , I had a stomachache.

Facilities are good for family or company meeting. There are floating market, local food markets & temples nearby where you can enjoy local vibe. Long swimming pool, conference room & free shuttle are available. I like breakfast here with fried rice, boiled rice, Thai desserts. If you can pay more, pick the room with jacuzzi would be nicer.
