I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the owners and folks working there were so friendly and helpful.

I chose the hotel due to its location for the sights and there are free bicycles available which are very handy to visit the sights.

The room was a chalet type room which had patio windows all around and there was a sitting area, then the bedroom and then the bathroom at the back. There was a sitting area at the outside front too.

The breakfast was served at the front of the hotel and was cooked to order and there you can sit and watch the local world go by and one morning someone fishing in the pond at wat hasadavas which is opposite.

I had dinner at the local restaurants and dining there and being in the whole area it is part of the local life.

I really enjoyed my stay there and talking to the owners and would definitely stay there again.

A very basic hotel with chalet style rooms. The rooms are a good size with a separate living room, bedroom and shower room. The service is faultless with the staff doing everything they can to make your stay as good as possible. Breakfast was good, location was good. It was clean and comfortable. There are free bicycles for those who would like to get a bit further than just walking. A nice place to stay in Ayuttaya.

Stayed for a few nights and so glad we did. The rooms were all on the ground floor and felt like little villas. You had your own little patio. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was good. Maybe only took us 30 minutes to walk to the temples. There is nothing to fault about this place.

Small is beautiful would suit this hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, very cozy and comfortable with the green surroundings.
The owner is very nice and friendly. Everyone in our group is impressed by hospitality rendered by the staff.
Breakfast is simple but excellent. There tea, fresh coffee, bread and butter, yogurt and assorted fruits. On top of this there are choices of other dishes such as fried eggs with sausages, fried eggs, pork or beef with holy basil (pad kaproaw- the best I ever tasted), garlic pork, and last but not least very delicious roti stuffed with eggs.
If you need a nice place to stay during your visit to Ayutthaya this boutique hotel is the one.

This was one of our two favorite hotels / guesthouses out of a dozen in our travels of SE Asia. Good value for money too.

The suite is well-designed (e.g., spacing, bathroom organization, electrical outlet location), quiet, and very tastefully decorated. The designer has great taste. Additionally, the managers were friendly & helpful. Both speak English, one fluently. Breakfast was huge and satisfying.

Note that you'll need a tuk-tuk to get around to sites. But then again, Ayuttaya is fairly sprawling, without any clear central location.

We arrived at the hotel and Bas took us to our lovely room in the garden. Nice and large, clean . Very quiet setting and we were happy not to be in the city part.. he arranged a tuk tuk to take us to see the sites and then suggested a place for dinner. The bed is a bit firm, but much better than a sagging one! Who would care if the bathroom wall went up all the way. Made no difference to us. Breakfast had a choice of 6 items, fried egg, scrambled, egg with roti, garlic pork and rice, eggs fried and more. Plus fruit, yogurt, cereals.... was very nice and the setting is wonderful, with a ruin just across the street.

Checked in for 1 night but stayed 3 so that speaks for itself. As I pulled into the rather small car park within seconds the owner was beside us with a big smile on his face offing to carry our luggage in, very good start because it showed he was watching what was going on around the hotel. Asked about check in he simply said for us to relax and whenever we were ready he would be in reception..how nice that was, no fuss on the check in and it was the easiest I’ve ever had. There seems to be 2 styles of rooms, 1 which has glass sliding door fronts which are a bit gold fish bowl like and I’m not fussed on or the normal type we had with a wooden door and a decent window (See pics). The room was quite large and modern and everything worked as it should including the bathroom which is of a decent size for foreigners, hot water also. The only drawback is that the bathroom is integrated with the room so it has no roof of its own which might not suit some! Very clean throughout and Wi-Fi was excellent except 1 morning, I simply walked to the reception and mentioned it and unlike most blank looks I normally get the owner pounced up and had it working in no time, first rate! At this time the hotel has been open for just over 2 years but has nice mature gardens between the 2 rows of rooms which consist of a total of 12 rooms. I found the breakfast to be more than adequate and we were always offered a second helping if we wanted. It is a small hotel which is well maintained and well layed out with very friendly staff; at a room rate of 1350 Baht I really recommend this establishment. Local shops and food vendors are very close and visit the temple across and down the road some 30 metres. Not within walking distance of the main center.

Very nice place with spacious and comfortabel rooms in a quiet environment. Great WiFi and a tasty breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful. Close by the beautiful Historical Parc. Q Zone Boutique offers free bikes, which is an excellent way to visit all the places in Ayuttayah. Great value for your money!

I can honestly say this is the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in Thailand.nwhat is doesn't have in luxury (although it is VERY nice) it more than makes up for in style, location and the truly wonderful staff. The rooms are a really good size, with air con and beautifully decorated. They all look out on to a lovely garden. It'sright opposite a temple and there are free bikes should you want to explore on two wheels. The staff could not have been more helpful, everything from booking a tuk tuk or taxi, to general advice on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Not only that, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect. If you're going to Ayutthaya I cannot recommend this place highly enough
