This as got to be one of the biggest family I’ve been in. Not only did it have two king size beds (very hard mattress), but it has a large sitting area with a sofa and a wooden lounger seat.

The hotel is also located right across the street from the ancient temples. They have bikes, scooters, and tuk tuks for you to rent/hire.

The thing that is unique about this hotel is their decor. Wooden traditional Thai style through out the hotel. Cute garden with swings for kids to play in.

Please be aware that there is no elevator. The staff will take your luggages up and down for you but definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Here are some pictures of my kids at the hotel.

I won’t elaborate on the location which is central to historical sites and peaceful garden . What I want to express is my experience about my stay there. I booked a double room for me and missus and a triple bed for my preteen children. Rooms had been newly renovated with strategically placed electrical outlets, good AC , clean and new bedsheets and mattresses. Bed is quite comfortable but for the asking price, you can’t expect more. A small fridge was included too which is nice. New ceiling lighting too. Noise insulation is not the best but then it is a house converted into a guesthouse. Owner must have taken note of the shortcomings expressed by previous guests so had taken steps to rectify them. I would rate my stay a plus and would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever visit ayutthaya or on a layover .

Stayed Two nights from 21/09/22 to 23/09/22

Located within close proximity to the ruins of Ayutthaya, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget.

I stayed in room 14 which was a double room access from the side of the main building. It was a fairly nice room for the price however there was no safe or fridge. The double bed was also only a mattress on the floor so there was that risk of bugs and ants making their way on to the bed itself.

The gardens are a nice place to sit and have a drink however you will need to stop by a shop to pick something up as there is no bar or drinks fridge.

Overall it is a nice budget place to stay. if you like luxury, it probably isn't for you however if you want something a little different, which is cheap, clean and well kept, I would highly recommend.

Nice garden and right beside the historic park and night market. Apart from that, there is no shop around 5mins walking.
Local bar outside of property provides drinks and simple food after dark.
Room is simple but comes everything you need.
We love the garden which very layback!!
Great option for stay in Ayutthaya!!

Several critical issues: 1) absolute rigidity for check-in, 2) untrained reception staff and unable to verify the characteristics of the reservation (to understand that we had breakfast included in the price, half an hour of waiting), 3) the room assigned was without any window and the bathroom/shower, located in the entrance, had only a separating curtain, 4) wet room equipped only with a small table and equipped with only two shower towels, 5) the structure closes at 17.30 and when you return there is no staff and it is not possible to buy even a bottle of water, 6) the gate to be used to enter or exit after 17.30 is closed with a very awkward padlock which risks dropping the keys an inaccessible place, 7) breakfast has a minimum equipment, of very modest quality.
That being said, the location of the hotel is really great. Sorry!

This was a great stop on our trip. The hostess was very helpful and she ensured our stay was pleasant. The A/C was top notch and the bed was comfortable. The hostess also helped book us a riverboat tour that was memorable. Thank you Park Ayutthaya!

If you are here to see the ruins and eat local food then this is a good place to start. Perfect location to start your own bicycle tour as there is one fantastic Wat just opposite the hotel and others not so far away.

The owner takes great pride in his b&b and was always pottering around and there to help.

Rooms very old fashioned, but clean. A few English tv channels and fridge/water supplied. Breakfast in the little courtyard was very pleasant. 7/11 a 5 min walk down alleyway beside hotel.

This is a good place to stay as in a very Thai town with little tourists you will feel comfortable here.

We booked this hotel on line and it looked pretty good based on the pictures . The reality was that it was run down . The pictures were not representative of the room at all . The bed was uncomfortable and the furniture beat up . There were wires hanging everywhere and it looked like my 8 year old grandson painted the room . Then there was the bathroom 😳. There was ants crawling up the walls and the shower head was missing the guts . I will say that the lobby was nice though . There was an included breakfast with a coffee and sweets buffet that was ok . This location did have parking and it was close to the ruins .

Park Guesthouse is a quaint, shady retreat in the city of Ayuthaya. Rooms are simple with full bath. Located across from the historic park and easy walking distance to two ancient temple ruin sites, restaurants and a night market. It was a joy to walk away from the traffic and noise and go back to our little hideaway. Breakfast was included in our reasonable rate, and food is available from the onsite restaurant, which was a blessing when we arrived, starving! Winn, however is the star of this show. He helped us with travel arrangements and touring suggestions, which would be expected. But Winn went above and beyond, made phone calls checking on train availability, and sent a tuktuk to pick up tickets saving us time and expense. Winn has a wit and genuineness that just wrapped us up in loving kindness and made us feel like we were home. We would have stayed longer if we had not had future reservations made. Take the sunset boat cruise, Winn will take care of all the details door to door. So easy, so fun. We loved our stay at the Park.

Very nice location with a beautiful garden. Very friendly staff and simple yet tasty breakfast. But compared to other locations for that price a little bit expensive. Bathroom needs renovation, no closet in the room - but very good location for seeing the historical sites. For a better price this would be a perfect stay...
