All four of my devices failed to connect to this network.!I suggested a router restart.the German guy sitting in the reception chain smoking suggested that I was a retard ,he got another guest involved, English speaking one. He could tell me that there was no problems with WiFi network.. Everyone had WiFi and all of my devices where faulty!! Funny guys .never heard of a router resetting prosedure. I Just gave up.i hope the Thai management will send the guy to some hotel receptionist school /janitor course
Very friendly staff. Next to a lake Vietnamese egg is great ! Simple rooms. Very quiet ... slightly off the main road Beer at 70bht We booked via agoda. Check in was quick and painless. They have pizza available 7 x 24
Lovely big cool room with balcony and view across the farmlands. Crisp white linen/cotton sheets which were changed weekly along with big white towels and bath mats. I could use one of the guest house bicycles to explore the lanes and markets close by. The staff were very helpful, friendly, trustworthy and willing to sort out my anyof my requests with their local network of contacts. The restaurant opens when required and the food is always fresh, tasty, and in abundance. The pool was such a bonus, even when the weekend swimming lessons took over. Well maintained. It does need a bit of work but is very comfortable.
The hotel has not had any attention for two or three years at least the bar has closed the restaurant has also run down to a very low standard the sky bar has closed the pool area doesn't have loungers or seating facilities and again the pool itself sadly neglected the two or three staff are very pleasant but have very little to offer the cleanliness of the whole place is again very sadly neglected with a lot of hard work and good management the hotel could probably be brought back to a very nice place as it does show on the original photos. As for menu anything yih ask for they have to go to the shop first...the only thing on hand was bread for toast or pad Thai.......
We went with a group of 6 and asked for a Thai house with 2 bedrooms but only got one with one bedroom. However later on the owner herself came to offer us the 2 rooms in the hotel building and an extra bed with no extra charge. The staff kept apologising for the misunderstanding and offered us free breakfast. Our daughter also became good friends with the owner's daughter who surprisingly talks very good English. They also have a good size pool which is cleaned regularly. In total, we have had a very good experience there.
