Basic rooms but large space within the grounds to relax. A very family feel to the place. Excellent thai, family restaurant at reasonable prices. Very delicious food. Breakfast a little steep but tasty homemade bread.

A friend and me stayed in Baan Eve Guesthouse for 3 nights. Our room had AC + Fan, the bathroom was okay and it was generally clean there, but the beds were uncomfortable. The hosting family was very friendly and helpfull anytime. The only thing that was annoying during our time there were the barking dogs in the night.

This was our second place to stay in Thailand. This place is a great one to sleep. Nice and friendly staff. Good vibes. Bed was a little to hard. But the room was clean. Near a mean Street. Take a tuktuk and you can go everywhere.

Staff is great, very friendly. There are bikes for rent (free of charge) which is great way to explore Ayutthaya and visit all temples. Bikes are very old and it is a challenge to use them but it is not impossible. We had rented simple bungalow, it was clean and comfortable. Very basic standard, You could hear all neighbors through...

The shower was on the cold side but Who wants a hot shower when it's 40 degrees outside. Also has scooter and bicycle rental and the staff will actually take you...
