- Air conditioning not working in 3 out 4 rooms. Repeatedly asked to get it fixed, was told it’s working but it clearly was not. Finally at 1:30 am when we threatened to check out without paying, it was switched on and we were told that in winter months, the central A/C is switched off, which is fine but if a guest has asked 5 times for it to be switched on, it should be done. It was uncomfortably warm in the room. - The rooms smelled musty and humid. - My room had two half-finished bottles of water in them. Which means the room is not cleaned properly. - The bathrooms didn't have basic amenities like tissue rolls. The bathing area had not been washed properly. - The staff is rude in general. The night manager told us that all the problems we were facing were the day Manager’s problem and we would have to speak to him to get the issues resolved. - When the maintenance staff entered our room to fix the AC, he was requesters to wear a mask to which he replied “But you are not wearing one.” I’m in my own room with six of my friends who I have spent the last two weeks with. Why would I wear a mask in my own room? - The only people who were helpful and polite were the employees who helped us with our luggage. Thank God we were there only for one night. 🙏🏼…
Don’t go by the brand name Radison it’s A very rundown and ageing property .Was really shocked to see cobwebs and dirt in the room.the bedsheets had hair .Never ever book this property it is spoiling the name of radisson.we had just booked it for few hours but were really disappointed
I wouldn't say it was a run down property as the price I paid was not that pricey but the with the name Radisson, I had a little high expectation. Well the room and shower was OK size but shower seriously needed some TLC. The water fixture was leaking. I had early morning shower with no hot water. The property need some care and maintenance.
very unprofessional The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Overall a horrible experience Absolutely poor Breakfast Spread, arguing staff, Non Listening Staff.. ideal hotel to screw your stay. This is the worst ever hotel I have stayed in.
Hotel is very run down and is in bad need of refurbishment. Did not feel any attention was givEn to covid safety. No towels in the room first night. Wifi was really bad and tv remote batteries weren’t working among other things - kettle was dirty, toilet accessories were not the best etc.
