Great place, Though old British style and very disciplined in terms of Dinner and Bfast timings. What I loved most was the rooms and a separate place for Drivers. Morning Walk is very pleasant and you can hang around for a day though. The property is divided in two Parts. One Area is cottages and take a small walk to...

We had a lovely stay at the High Range Club, where you feel as though you've stepped into another era. We had a ground floor double room, which was clean though fairly simple, although they'd nicely renovated the bathroom. We had many set meals here and all were of high quality, with lots of options. We did experience blackouts on...

If visiting Munnar, this hotel which is central to the history of the district, is the place to stay. It's faded elegance speaks volumes about those who started the tea industry in the area. Beware however that it has no licence so that nostalgic gin and tonic won't happen.

Not very well marked road to find this place. Once found, the staff were accommodating even though they claimed not to have our reservations and nearly turned us away. Our driver thought we should stay elsewhere but we kept to the plan for it being dark and late. Decent food. Simple cottages. Clean enough for a short stay. Glad to...

The club is an affiliate club of the famous Secunderabad club in Hyderabad of which i happen to be a member. So the old world charm of a vintage club and it's primitive rules is nothing new for us. But it's location is noteworthy. The best view of the sprawling tea gardens could be had from the cottage No.11 ,...

Wooden floor, formal dress-code for entering the dining hall, no round neck Tees... some of the rules of this club. The club is very old and has maintained its heritage value, the british influence as well as discipline that you usually never experience at other places. The service is awesome, Food is perfect. Location is beautiful. Facilities - considering this...

I really enjoyed staying here. It was really peaceful, with well tended grounds, great food and really polite staff. We stayed in one of the rooms in the main house for two nights. It was equipped with a TV. I agree with the comments below that it is a little faded. However, it is immaculately clean and an interesting place...
