The Redfox property in Vijayawada is a fairly new property. I have booked it via the Lemontree site. As I am a Platinum member I got the room for a very good deal along with a decent upgrade. The property is situated on M.G. Road next to Manorama hotel in a small lane.
The interiors are quite plush and modern, and their in-house restaurant serves good food. No complaints whatsoever. The rooms are clean and tidy with all the basic amenities. The staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping are highly professional and very courteous.
The rooms are super silent and there is no buzz from busy M.G road traffic. As my flight was late at night I requested for a late check-out which I was entitled per my Platinum member status. They promptly obliged and I stayed till 6PM.
The only downside would be if you are travelling in your own car as you have to park your car two buildings away. The manager told me they are taking care of that and the parking would be ready in a months time. Loved the stay and will be visiting it often.

I would like to thank you all the staff members and especially the unit General Manager Mr.Sanjiv Thakur whom I met with him at lobby.
He was very courteous and very helpful during my stay, he personally visited me at hotel lobby and ensured me about the standards and hygiene of the hotel, considering the current covid situation in and around city.
Hotel was throughly sanitized by his team on regular intervals. I must give congratulations to his entire team effort for his gesture that being two days business trip,as I was treated like a king, my room and my washroom were throughly sanitized everyday being I was slightly worried about the stay considering the current situation.
I must thank you the chef for the wonderful food he offered me.

Very nice staff, right from front desk to room service. Esther at the front is very helpful and resolved internet connective issue very smoothly. Actually i don't give ratings and Reviews but am Writing this with Dissatisfaction. Even I work for Hospitality industry. I stayed in Redfox Hotels before so many time. But I haven't faced a single issue with any other hotel in Other states.. It's totally unhygienic place to stay. Their rooms are not Cleaned properly so much mildew nd Cobwebs. Coming to F&B In Restaurant they are serving everything with cheap Plastic spoons, Forks and Glasses. Their Chafing dishes are not Cleaned enough. Menu is pathetic. I just felt like am having a Breakfast in Dhaba.. I requested little more Maple syrup for my Pancakes but the guy went inside but didn't turn up again. Watermelon juice is a Big Disaster just 1/4 th juice and 3/4 th for water.
But still Few people are kind and Good.

Am not going to visit vijayawada Redfox again.

We were planning to spend time with our college going Kids studying in Vijayawada so we have booked two rooms in this hotel and we stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were neat and clean. Room no were 406 & 407. Mahima made sure the rooms were clean and tidy. Everyday the linens were changed upon request additional towels has been provided. Morning breakfast was good and decent options were there. Only thing is that this hotel does not have Kitchen, we guess it is being shared with Hotel Manorama. No issues in parking the car as they have reserved parking space, I would definitely recommend this hotel to all families. Every one working in this hotel were courteous and ready to help.

The hotel is in a well accessible area, near bus stand and very close to railway station. Room service is appreciable. Room cleaning is upto the mark, personally appreciate Mahima and Srinath for the room cleaning services. Breakfast is really good.
