The staff was reasonable and courteous. The location is excellent. But it was worth far less than 50% of what they are charging. Towel was hard and slightly brownish, bath room with minimally warm water (no hot water), AC with burst output (no even air flow), no restaurant in the hotel, on an extremely busy road (Noise level was the worst I ever experienced, and don't expect any sleep unless you are very tired), pillow covers and bedsheets are clean but stained, etc. I had to stay because of location and unavailability of rooms in nearby good hotels like Fortune Murali Park, where I stayed a few days earlier.

If you want to finish your trip within in the budget and staying in the heart of the city this hotel is good. Maintenance is good. Small banquet hall is also available. For personal stay you can prefer this hotel.

Friendly staff (hardly english speaking) who gave us the regular price for a deluxe room because there was no regular room available. The next day we switched to a regular room, which became our problem since they forgot and couldn't find a room.
The hotel is along a noisy road and during the night it can be pretty noisy, also from other guests and staff. There is 24 hr hot water and a good current.
There were a lot of mosquitoes though which is hard to get rid of...
The rooms are not properly maintained but if you can see passed that its quite good, a little over priced...

I booked 10 rooms in this hotel with an agreement of full refund if any room is cancelled before 10days from the checkin date. All my guests didnt managed to attend the ceremony and I need to cancel 4 rooms. However to my surprise, my deposit was confiscated and not a single rupee is returned. I spoke to owner of this hotel and he is indeed rude and gave a lame excuse that his employee did not knew the rules of refund. when I insisted on full refund, he tone changed to threatening and I was not refunded a penny.
I lodged a police complaint on the owner of this hotel.
Please be careful when you hand over advances / deposit to this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for business travellers on a budget. The hotel rooms are clean, roomy and airy. Toilets are very clean. This hotel is definitely value for money considering its central location and good rooms. Much recommended for business travellers.

it was good.....but select a better place for ladies washrooms, the halt in the morning was bad as there was no provision of ladies washrooms and it was dark,,,so please select a better place to halt.

I had to make a one day urgent trip to Vijayawada & this was the only hotel available. It is worth the tariff they charge & I wouldn't mind staying there again. The food is an issue but one does have a lot of joints around ( However Vijayawada ia a sleepy place & most restaurants aren't open before 9.30 am )

The hotel was good but the staff were horrible and pathetic....my relatives came to see me in the hotel just for little time and they didn't allow them and kept them standing for more than an hour....really annoying it was .... and they have no respect for the guests

2 weeks back we had made urgent trip to vijayawada & we reached midnight 3 am ,they advice how to reach hotel we pay 100/- to auto, this hotel is clean budget hotel near for all busines areas we can reach by bus 10rs/- only my children enjoy a lot ,nice staff , rooms r clean , but some noise from out side , this is budget hotel strating from 1350/-. in hyd when we strat Mr.Kumar,SindoorTravels dsnr hyderabad he given detail about garuda hotel thx for him. we like stay next time
