We're to start we arrived to the radisson blu hotel on Thursday 19th September for ten days these were the best and most relaxing ten days of our lives! Quite and tranquil Hotel. The stuff is amazing, they adopt the policy of "Always Yes" to guests. They provided us with a tour to choose between three room types. The rooms was spacious with a good view of a front garden and the Red Sea. Near the airport by not near to Neama Bay.

Stayed in this hotel for a fortnight in September and would recommend it to anyone - fantastic location, fantastic service and a fantastic overall experience. The staff are polite, friendly, helpful and the majority of them can't do enough for you - especially Waleed in the pool bar who is a credit to the business. For an all inclusive hotel,...

I cant fault this hotel....we came 5th September for 2 weeks check-in was great. Welcomed with a nice refreshing drink and a cool flannel.....Upgraded well worth it.. to the marine club... room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided...nothing was to much trouble by Ahmed who looked after our room (7171). Even to the little touches of making sweet things...

The service at this resort was amazing. Staff were attentive and did all they could to make our stay perfect. One of the restaurant managers found out my wife could not eat fresh peppers. From that point the restaurant managers, chefs and waiting staff could not have done more to make sure she was catered for. My wife and I...

Having arrived on the 19th just before the restaurant closed we were checked in very fast and efficient by the reception staff and managed to grab a bit of food in olivios.
