This time I will spend more time reviewing this outstanding property. This hotel is the best in the MENA region, it is proving each time I visit that they have the ultimate in all aspects of hospitality. 1. we had the check in process in less than five minutes time despite our early arrival at 9:30 AM. 2. we had the opportunity to have an upgraded room with all requested things ready in advance via an email, baby crib and sofa bed arranged for our child. 3. the service is a thing that they master very well, service is everywhere, pools, bars,restaurants and every single outlet. 4.everything in the hotel is clean, rooms, restaurants, bars, floors even their club cars. 5.food is something you must try and judge and even write about, toooooo many options to eat, to taste even too see as you won't be able to try everything in a meal, too many live stations, seafood festivals, BBQ and many good things with the best taste, we loved the seafood restaurant and the Brazilian and the turkish as well as we didn't try the others. 6.i stayed their 4 times and each stay was 4 nights, this time decided to have a longer stay for 8 days and I enjoyed a lot. 7.kids had their best time of the year, too many activities and extra care for them . 8.You will always be safe as the security system is amazing. I would like to thank every single person who made our stay an enjoyable one and would like also to highlight on two names Mr Remin from Lagoon bar and Master chief Alaa at the main restaurant. Hi we have not been back since 2015. We have stayed with you 6times on the past the first time was in 2010 when it was called the royal grand we will be back ASAP can you let me know if any of the old staff are still there the head bellboy big tall handsome fellow can’t remember his name lovely man you are our home in Egypt hope to see you soon hope you are all well

Hi is the Rico’s within walking distance of other bars restaurants etc outside of the complex?
Dear simba02 ,you have to use a taxi in order to visit other bars or restaurants..You can arrange for one at the reception area,or you can stand in front of the hotel and within just one minute many taxis will stop in front of you. It is very cheap but you must always bargain (believe me ,it is so easy ).This is what i do for some many years that i have been visiting Rixos...The distance from the hotel to the restaurants and other bars is a few minutes away (Soho market is closer and Naama Bay market is a little bit further ) But i must not forget to mention that in Rixos Hotel there are so many things to do from the morning until really late at night,so you won't need to go outside unless you want to buy some presents...I hope i was helpful with my answer...enjoy your holidays...
