We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The resort is massive and impeccably clean, which made it perfect for leisurely walks and exploring. Our room was spacious, accommodating five people comfortably, though it could use a little renovation. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with towels—only two were provided, and despite requesting more several times over a couple of days, we never received them. Ultimately, we had to help ourselves from a housekeeping trolley, which wasn’t ideal.
Most of our days were spent by the pools, and we’re incredibly grateful to the lifeguards Abdullah, Essam, and Gamal for ensuring our children’s safety while being kind and attentive, truly enhancing our experience. The drinks and cocktails were fantastic, and a special shoutout to Mahmoud, the wonderful barman, who made sure our glasses were always full and our evenings enjoyable.
We also tried the spa facilities, including a Turkish bath and a massage. Unfortunately, the Turkish bath did not meet expectations, especially for someone who’s experienced better elsewhere. While the massage therapists were friendly and welcoming, the experience was far from relaxing due to constant noise, bed squeaking, and chatter. This is an area that requires significant improvement, though the staff themselves were lovely.
The food was nice, but it became repetitive, especially at breakfast, where the options didn’t vary much. That said, the omelettes were delicious, and the cakes were absolutely amazing! The waitstaff throughout the resort were attentive and made us feel very welcome.

This property borders two other resorts (the Charmillion Sealife and the Charmillion Club) and at the end of the day it is one huge resort so you can enjoy all the facilities of the other two. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE "Charmillion Aquapark" which is detached from the other 3 and has no direct access to the sea, but has a shuttle. Our room was very large, but the bathroom was not much and especially there was very little hot water, virtually impossible to take a hot shower (unacceptable in a 5 star hotel). Great staff and beauty and care of the gardens, very cute and fun aqua park. By the standards of the place the restaurant is good. A special mention goes to the waiter Ibrahim who was always very kind and very helpful. Cute and non-invasive animation, shows every night at the Sealife Resort arena. Very nice beach with access jetty to the coral reef. Sore note the wi-fi of an infuriating slowness. All in all recommended, although the lack of hot water for showering (not water in general) is very serious. If you want to save (a lot) on taxis and experiences try to manage them yourself through the well-known apps and not buy them at the resort.

Great hotel for the family. Aqua park was awesome kids didn’t want to finish playing in it. Plenty of food to choose from the different restaurants. Family suite was spacious with regular cleaning from the great cleaner called Ali who made sure room was cleaned and replenished with daily towels each day. Special shout out to the receptionist Mahmoud Farhat who as soon as I arrived late night hungry and tired with the kids arranged for us dinner. Also he upgraded us to gold level wristbands which meant we could use the amenities in anyone of the 3 hotels on the complex. Had a problem with the room telephone which he rectified with a smile on his face. Flight was late at night and he advised me how to get a late check out. Couldn’t thank him enough. Charmillion gardens you have got a gem of a worker here who definitely needs a promotion. He definitely made your hotel proud and I would recommend mainly due to his excellent customer care and service. Last but not least big thank you to the restaurant manager Tamer who every evening made my infant daughters day by giving her balloons which she seen decorated on the tables. Great man and great service with a big smile on his face. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you Charmillion Gardens Aqua park was a pleasure.

Had a lovely time during our stay. Always a good choice of food and fresh pasta and pizza stations in the main breakfast room is a great idea and tasted great. Great to have a choice of 3 places to eat as well as bookable a la carte restaurants on site.
The slides were great fun and good to see plenty of life guards around to make things safe and efficient. Many of them were friendly and had good interaction with the kids too.
Although, we sometimes found it hard for staff to understand what we were asking for, they were all friendly and willing to help. We came for a big birthday so we were directed to housekeeping to see if there were any suggestions that the hotel could do to make it special. They were friendly and helpful. Andrew at the main reception was helpful in sorting out the birthday celebrations and also sorting out our taxi fare issues on our way back. Thank you sorting that out quickly and effectively.

Awesome staff and teritory ! Aqua park was clean and tidy ! All swimming pools are watched by minimum of 3 lifeguards. All off the personel are professionals and know what to do. In the park they have also wave pool, where is the lifeguard swimming together with people. All inclusive clients can use all territory and bars including Sea Life Resort and Gardens resort ! Every day there is hard working Animation team . Aqua gym, aqua zumba, kids disco, every evening some international dance show. Thanks to Messi and the Jean Claude :) Youre the best guys ! We eat in main restaurant. Food is very tasty and every day changing. Also they have kids menu and sea menu every day. Thank you Sharam and Mahmoud! The grounds are maintained to a high standard and light up beautifully at night and safe to give kids a bit of freedom.
