Stayed here with my wife, her sister and brother-in-law as part of our Ecuador/Galapagos tour. The accommodation is in bungalows set in large and pleasant grounds. The cabins are Ok. Perhaps a bit tired and have no heating apart from solid fuel fires which the staff light in the evenings. The food was a bit disappointing; particularly the breakfasts where...

We stayed two nights at the Las Palmeras in Oct. It was low season there, so the hotel was not full when we arrived. Later a group from France came, and it was more lively. Originally I couldn't get two nights at the Las Palmeras, so I booked one night there and one night at their sister property, Hacienda Cusin....

We stayed at Las Palmeras for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and happy to assist you with any request. It's a few minutes from the artisan market in Otavalo. Short drives to lakes and other must see towns. Weather is great during the day, a little chilly in the evenings but not a...

We stayed here one night, when we discovered our 2 night res in town was only for one night. The place is lovely, outside of town, with a beautiful garden, llamas, and a friendly golden retriever, Homero, Nice view of the surrounding mountains. Peaceful. It gets cold at night, so they make a fire for your fireplace (each unit has...

My husband and I stayed at Las Palmeras in late September 2015. We found the inn charming, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. We stayed in one of the cabins and found it quite lovely. It had a beautiful stone fireplace that was lit for us each evening, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a lovely sitting area, and a...

Relaterade and rural environent. Nice staff and good food. Easy to book excursions and rides. We stayed for 2 nights. The fireplace in the cabin and the optional warm water bottle in bed just adds to the experience. Did i mention the cute old dogs?

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and really liked it. It's situated close to the Otavalo animal market which is a plus if you want to go early in the mornings. It's a nice and quite place with a fantastic restaurant with a very cosy fire-place. In the mornings a great breakfast was served at the table. The...

I have stayed at Las Palmeras many times and they never disappoint. Located on the side of a mountain overlooking a spectacular valley and mountain, it's peaceful and relaxing while close enough to Otavalo to walk, bike or take a quick bus. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, the restaurant is good and everyone is very friendly. The grounds...

We spent 2 nights in Las Palmeras at the end of our 2 week vacation in Ecuador. It was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. It is centrally located to be able to visit Otavalo and all of the close by towns. The staff was very friendly and willing to help plan day trips and organize our transportation. The restaurant...
