We were thrilled to use the Nucapacha Hostel team to organise a 1 week Galápagos Islands boat tour, on the recommendation from a friend. We had limited time and Carolina and her team did an amazing job of presenting us with a range of options for the Galápagos for the dates we provided. They also went above and beyond to... More

We are a couple and we paid 35 dollars for a private double room with private bathroom. The WiFi doesn't work in the room, you need to go in the stairs! There isn't hot water and when we arrived in the room the bed was dirty and we slept in our sleeping bag. The person are friendly, but with no... More

I stayed their twin room, and dorm room too. It's close to bus terminal, airport and you can use the kitchen. If you want to stay quiet, get a private room because dorm room is quite loud and close to bar.

The best thing about this hostel, other than the attentive staff, is the pool area. A spacous courtyard with seating, a hammock and a bar, next to a well maintained pool complete with slackline-and all surrounded by Ecuador's plentiful fruit trees. A vey relaxed and clean place to spend a few days, and there's always fruit juice with breakfast. Would... More

I stayed for 2 nights and had a good rest, the pool is great to refresh after a really hot day in the city. The dorm was comfortable, but a little bit warm. I would like the staff to have more info about other close-by destinations, in order to plan a better trip. Very well located, nice breakfast and clean.... More

I only stayed one night but it was great. Breakfast was included and was delicious eggs, jam, bread, juice and tea/coffee. Water was hot, everything was clean. Staff incredibly helpful. I didn't go swimming but I could imagine in the heat of a summer's day the pool would be a massive asset!

Central location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast included. I can warmly recommend it for a stay in Guaquaquil. Staying in Urdesa is an even better choice than staying downtown, in my opinion.

This hostel is pretty nice, has a good kitchen and a common area, there's an outdoor area with a bar but hostel was empty so the bar was unattended. There's a big pool but we didn't have time for a swim. Hostel is a little more pricey than what we have generally paid in Ecuador but Includes a nice breakie... More
