We stayed at this hotel a week in August. The hotel is a little bit old fashioned, but the rooms are clear. The pool area is nice, but mostly suitable for children. The good thing is that you are allowed to use the pool area of the other 4 * star valamar hotels. Breakfast is ok, dinner is very very... More

Close to beach and just the right distance from town for a nice stroll along the beach front. Porec beautiful with nice shops, cafe's and historic buildings and sights to see. We stayed at the Valamar Rubin for one week and were very pleased with everthing. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was excellent too. The buffet meals were all excellent with lots of choice. The wines in the hotel were very good and not expensive. We would stay at this hotel again if we visited Porec.

Stayed 11 nights and for a 3* hotel difficult to be too critical. A good mix of nationalities orientated slightly to German, if anything. Room whilst a little tired was spotlessly clean and did everything it needed to. Food was excellent and whilst we anticipated eating out a few nights whilst we were there, we didn't as absolutely no need.... More
