Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved our stay at Pansion Hotel Delfin! The staff was lovely, helpful, kind, everything was clean (we have a six month old baby and this is very important), and the food was delicious! They made our family feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and even escorted us to our room when we arrived. They have an elevator which was amazing for us because we didn’t have to carry things up and down. This was one of the most beautiful and amazing experiences ever! I highly recommend this place to everyone and we will surely return soon! They are 5 stars for us! They are right in front of the ocean, you can swim right in front of the hotel, and they are also 15 minutes away from one of the worlds most famous healing beaches!!!!

The rooms are really old. We were there during the first november days and the hotel wasn't heated - there was the possibility to heat your room with the air conditioning device that is inside the room. We couldn't get it to work, because our remote controler for it was broken, so we had to borrow it from the people next door. Our room had a balcony, but it was really small, you couldn't even sit on it. Plus, the view was directed toward some trees and bushes, that were planted only a meter away from the balcony, so you couldn't really see anything. There was no wi-fi in the room, only at the reception (were there was, of course, no heating). We paid for half board and were very disappointed with food. It was very low quality. The soups were made from bags, there was no fruit and no vegetables offered. Only two varieties of meat and two varieties of side dishes, like cold pommes frittes (which they then reheated in the microwave). It was terrible, and if we knew we'll be getting this kind of food, we would have never booked this hotel. The price wasn't that high, but it was way too high for what we got. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were disappointed, as agency sell the hotel as three stars hotel. Rooms are very old, furniture damaged, there were few spiders over walls. View well... there were no view, only bushes and walls. Balcony ... well there were no balcony, less than one square meter, so two people couldn't stay out on so called balcony.. Wi-fi is slow. Beach is few meters away and its nice. The problem is that opposite the beach there is oil refinery, so the view is not so nice. Food so so... average, no deserts, three menus only- two meet, one sose, one fried fish. Prize for accommodation was very low that's true, but if i would know that is two stars hotel, i wouldn't book it. I must say that the stuff was very polite and nice which helped us to enjoy our time anyway

Nice room and very friendly staff. Good service at restaurant and bar. Live music when we were there. View from balcony was a surprice - the beautiful bay and an oil depot! But we were informed water quality is regularly controlled and there have never been any problems.
