We enjoyed our almost week-long stay here. The rooms are nice and we very much enjoyed the big balcony with great view. Buffet breakfast was good. The highlight for us was the private beach just down a few flights of stairs, which (if you are early enough) is truly just for you and your coffee. Gets more busy throughout the day, and I believe the beds are also for rent (for non-guests).
I came here with my 13 year old son just to chill for a week in August after not going away during the lockdown. It was a 3 hour ferry ride from Dubrovnik which of I would have known when booking, I might not have decided to go so far. Regardless, I am so happy we did do this trip. The ferry ride was easy and when we got to the port we were met by a small boat (you can also do a cheap cab) and taken 5 mins to the hotel. The staff are all lovely, the place is simple and beautiful and peaceful. Lovely sea. The main hotel is up on the rocks like Amalfi Italy and you go down to the private sunbathing area right on the sea. Nice restaurant although not lots to choose from if yo don't eat meat. Breakfast nice and easy and good selection of all foods. Bar lunch also not great choice if you're a veggie, but still very nice. We were really happy here and had a lovely relaxing time in the sun and swam in the beautiful clear sea. Each night a 15-20 min walk along the coastline to Hvar town where there are a good selection of restaurants and shops etc. It's nice to be able to walk to a bit more of the tourist buzz, but also so lovely to be in a peaceful nicely run pretty hotel just close enough to walk from. Rooms simple but nice. I would recommend the main hotel over the new build just because it has a nicer view and is easier to get to the restaurant and sea/sunbathing area.Yes, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also a small spa which has massage and pedicure/manicures etc all by the same person. Small, but very nice. A great find and it was our first trip to Croatia and would definitely go back.…
The hotel was in an excellent location with stunning views. The walk along the promenade to the centre of Hvar was lovely along the sea which was crystal clear. The staff are really helpful, particularly those on reception who went above and beyond to help out.
The hotel is about 8 minutes by car from the center. It is located in a quiet cove with crystal clear sea and views of the Pakleni islands. The rooms are small, and unfortunately not decorated. they have ancient furniture which is not permissible given the number of stars. Breakfast is plain with only the necessary groceries. No creativity. The beach bar also serves food that you eat only if you are very hungry, because it does not provide any quality. It looks like it was cooked in the morning and then reheated. The staff is mostly kind, but sometimes some girls can't act because they laugh too much, so forced kindness can be seen. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient, but a taxi ride to the center costs 100 kuna, which is extremely expensive for a few kilometers. Everyone has that agreed price and thus brings you before the finished act.…
Rooms are very big and bathroom was amazing. Hotel has enough parking spots (which is very important in Hvar!). Breakfast was superb! Other facilities are amazing - there is a beach bar, private hotel beach.. Lunch and diner in hotel restaurant was amazing! Recommendation for staying in Hvar!
